Description of Work: Ultra Safe came to remove mice. We have had other companies/experts come in the past. Within 3 days of the treatment, we stopped seeing mice or droppings. We need to schedule the follow-up, but we have been too busy to call. We will do this. We are very happy.

Description of Work: Had a whole-house moth infestation - paid a lot of money. They emptied closets and built a heat chamber in dining room to kill moths in furniture and clothing. But the moths returned. I expected full eradication and that did not happen. When I called back one year later, they said they'd charge the full amount again to re-do, even though they diagnosed the recurrence to have been due to a part of house construction that they should have detected as a problem in the first place.

Description of Work: They helped us get rid of mice in our house--they sealed places they could have entered and put down mice traps. They returned to check on how successful they were. There is a 6-month warranty, so if mice return, they will help us again.
