The specialist from Ultra Safe Pest Management was very thorough in his work and took all the right measures to seal off any possible entrances to the house prevent mice from entering the house. It has been almost a year since the treatment and we have been mice free ever since. Ultra Safe Pest Management did a great job.

Description of Work: Seal all hole around the pipe to prevent the little mouse get in,also go into the basement to see if any hole, they knew exactly where to look for and put trap also seal it, 2nd time the supervisor came to check after 1 week, there are no more little visitor , all happy! This is a complete package, expensive but its worth it.

Description of Work: I saw a mouse for the first time in 10 years. I paid for an inspection to try to find where the mouse entered. The guy went to a couple of rooms with a little flashlight and because he didn't see any droppings, he said you're fine. He didn't go into any of the bedrooms, closets or bathroom. I could have told him there were no droppings because there hadn't been any mice. Are you kidding me? and I paid for that. He did go to the basement and found a hole. I didn't go with thim so I'm sure the "inspection" he did was just as minimal as it was upstairs.

Description of Work: They helped me rid my house of some invasive squirrels under the eaves, using one way doors and then sealing the holes. Wasn't cheap, but it worked - and without poison or ending up with dead animals in the walls. I'd use them again, definitely.

Description of Work: Comprehensive on the first visit sealing all possible entries. However, droppings not adequately cleaned. On their first visit they explained it would make sense to clean droppings on the second visit and on the second visit they explained it should have happened on the first. | |On a separate note, I found traps that remained with no trap paper inside after 2nd visit when they removed them. I wasn't aware that these were left in place without being "baited". Only found out when I checked to see if anything was caught subsequent to the second visit. | |Snap traps not all removed and concerned a bit that someone will not identify that as such and hurt themselves if it is triggered. Hoping I can locate all of them. | |Was really pleased at first, but not so much after the follow up visit. Regardless, the problem seems to have been addressed by efforts in the first round so I'm trying to overlook the second visit at this point.
