I had seen alot of large black ants throughout my kitchen, and started seeing them in other rooms of the house, including on the next floor. Ant bait traps weren't working. I called Ultra Safe Pest of Canton and they sent out Kevin. He was very professional, searched the house for signs of the ants. And explained what he was going to do before he did it. He responded to my questions re: would this poison my housecats (no it wouldn't). He sprayed a powerful insecticide outside the house in all the places where the ants could have their nests and added poisoned bait to prevent other ants from moving into the empty colony. Kevin was very thorough. No sign of ants since then. I would definitely use Ultra Safe Pest again if I needed their services (although I'm hoping that I won't). Glad I found them in Angie's List.

I have used Ultrasafe several times over a 10 yr span, both times for minor rat problems in a basement. They are very helpful in explaining strategy of their actions, very responsive, and help to put you at ease with a distressing problem. I would certainly use them again, and recommend them without hesitation.

God bless those people. They couldn't have been nicer. My daughter moved back from college and all of a sudden the house fell apart. I was cleaning because she just moved into an apartment with her girlfriend and what she left behind was frightening. I am in a row house across from a field and everybody has been having the mouse problem. Ultra Safe became more aggressive in their attempt to eradicate the creatures which is hard because I have got 2 dogs as well. Vic runs the place and it is Mark that comes out. Mark is very calming and very soothing. I was freaking out and he would calm me down and tell me not to worry about it and that he would be back. They are phenomenal. They came and did the first level. It was all included within the cost even if you saw any additional things after they had come. They kept coming back to do more to make sure that it was taken care of. I told them I would enter into their life time plan. They were just so good to work with that if it is going to be an acute problem for everybody, then I want to be with these guys. I definitely got my money's worth out of that subscription so far. They were right on time. I would refer them to friends and family. I will definitely use them again.

They were great. They were really professional and they have a guarantee. They really know what they're doing. I haven't seen any bugs since then. I would say don't call anyone else. Call them.

Fast response (he was here within a few days). He was in the house for over three hours finding and sealing all the holes with steel wool and sticky backed cardboard. Professional knowledge of mice and their habits. The fee covers any re visits for six months with no restrictions.

We have a two family that is connected to a row of five old buildings. Our neighbors got bedbugs, and by coming in contact with their tossed mattresses on garbage day, so did our downstairs tenants. We hired one pest company who insisted on charging us $900.00 to treat both our unit preventatively and our tenant's place, only with a spray can and some mattress treatment. They came three times, and gave no guarantee. The bedbugs were back within a few months. I began looking for someone who really knew what to do about this problem, since bedbugs are a recent return phenomenom in this country and it is hard to know what to do, and hard to know who really knows what they are doing. AND I think it is hard to find a company that is not trying to take advantage of the lack of knowledge and the hysteria surrounding this problem on the internet by charging exhorbitant fees. Eventually I found Ultrasafe in the phone book and after one conversation with Victor, I knew that this was the guy. He is extremely knowledgeable about how to deal with bedbugs, had a much more comprehensive treatment plan including inserting a growth regulator fog into the walls between my apartment and my adjacent neighbor's place. MOST IMPORTANTLY, he charged us only $575.00 for a complete treatment of my tenant's place, and a preventative treatment of our apartment upstairs- i.e., unlike many other pest control companies, he didn't try to convince me that we needed to do the whole process in our place even though there was no sign of bugs in our unit. He came twice, was very thorough (my tenants were very impressed) and offers a guarantee that if this problem comes back within a year he will only charge $75.00 per visit to repeat the treatment. The fellow that actually carried out the treatment, Mark, was highly professional and assured me when he left that we would not need to call him again to take advantage of the guarantee. So far he is right. I highly recommend this company.

I can not say enough about this company. The owner and employee who came to my house were the ultimate professionals. They went over and above other companies. They were professional, prompt, and respectful. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys! This was my first experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends!

The representative was prompt, identified the area of infestation, lowered the price from the quote, because he did not have to search for the nest. He moved furniture, and replaced it. Throughly treated inside and out. He was professional and polite and all times. Great company. I've already recommended them to others.

The overall experience with Ultra Safe was very good. They came the day after I called and were on time and professional. They gave me a six month guarantee. I have also used them at my office and had a similar positive experience.

VIC SET BAIT TRAPS AND SNAP TRAPS, WHICH I CHECKED FOR TWO WEEKS WITH NO RESULT. WHEN I PULLED ANOTHER ONE DOWN WITH THE INSULATION, HE CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND CAUGHT IT HIMSELF. THEN HE HELPED ME TO START RIPPING DOWN THE WALLS (WHICH I PLANNED TO DO ANYWAY, TO EXPOSE THE FOUNDATION). HE DROPPED BY OUR HOUSE ALMOST DAILY IN THE FIRST WEEK, WHEN WE WERE VERY FREAKED OUT ABOUT THE SITUATION, AND HE WAS GOOD AT CALMING OUR NERVES.
