I've had a racoon in my attic for almost a week and hadn't been able to catch him with the haveahart trap I set. I had UltraSafe pest managment come out to take a look at the situation. Since I hadn't heard the animal in a couple of days they agreed that it had likely moved on and suggested a bait change in my trap just in case it came back. They were on time, courteous and professional. They didn't come up just to try and sell me something I didn't need. I'd highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future for any pest services needs.

They were very helpful in dealing with my tenant. They were prompt and because I was an Angie's List member they gave me discounts and did really exceptional service.

They were knowledgeable and punctual. They assured me that they traps would not hurt my children or my dog. We got rid of the mice within a week. They hire veterans. I think that's important. They have a 6 month guarantee. We had another mouse problem and they came right back out and set traps.

They did a good job. It was fine. There was nothing that really stood out to me. I might use them again. They recommended me another company that I was not happy with.

We have had problems with carpenter ants for many years and have used different companies with mixed results. Ultra Safe found the nest - outside in a dead tree - and sprayed, killing the ants. We have been ant free since.

First appointment was scheduled promptly. The price was very reasonable for both services. Both technicians that came were friendly and knowledgable. They were patient with my questions and explained everything that they were doing. I didn't have to call about the follow-up visit and I haven't had any problems since they finished.

I delayed calling a pest company, thinking the nest would freeze, but it got bigger.. I sought an A rated company that gave a discount to Angie's List members & settled on Ultra Safe. They were responsive, pleasant & got the job done.

They have stuff for mice and bats. I need to call them because they have to follow up with the work. I had mice and I called them and they were really good. They came a couple of other times and at one time I thought there were mice in the basement and it was actually bats. They had done the bat work and I have to follow up with them as they are supposed to do some cap over my chimney. They are supposed to call me about that and they have to follow up on the mice. I haven’t seen any but they have to follow up. I have used them so many times. I paid about $320 for the mice. Their prices were high in the beginning but then they gave me a couple of discounts being a senior citizen and it seemed to be more reasonable. The bat treatment was supposed to be for life. I need to call them. Their service was very good. When I called them for the bats they came and they got rid of the bats. When I called them about the mice service they said that they got to know that I had bats in my basement instead of mice and so they were sending someone else for that. It is on hold until they do the cap and more over most people are off because of the holiday season. They put a temporary cap and in terms of the follow up for the mice they came a couple of times. I haven’t called them lately for any follow ups. I had to follow up with them regarding the mice and if I was to grade them the highest then they would have had to follow up with me. They were priced higher than the most but they gave me discounts when I went back to them. In the beginning their prices seemed to be high but after I used them a couple of times their prices were reasonable. These things are so objective and it is hard to say when it comes to their quality.

Unfortunately, it's been a couple of months since the event, so the dates escape me. My major frustration was the lack of response and follow through. It took a while to schedule an appointment, because they did not return phone calls. When I finally got someone and scheduled an appointment, they didn't show. I made a 2nd appointment--again a no show. When I called to say, "forget it", the answerer apologized and offered to do the service for free. They did keep that next appointment and serviced us without charge. The serviceman was prompt, courteous and thorough. However, I would not use them again.

Vic made arrangements for an appointment, showed up on time, explained what his crew will do to treat the house. They went to work and finished in a timely manner. From what I could see they did a good job and injected the termite poison well below the ground level all around the house, even where it meant drilling through asphalt to gain entry for the injection tool in the proper locations. This is a professional company, operated by people who understand how to do their job and attain customer satisfaction. I'll use their services again and can recommend them to others.

I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for the service. When I called I was able to schedule the visit within a week of my call. Mike called to see if he could reschedule because he had another customer on my straight. That worked well for me. He arrived early and was very nice and professional. He did a very thorough job sealing off many holes where mice might be entering the living areas of the house. He placed bait under sinks and in the basement and garage. He explained everything he was doing and also showed me all of his completed work. We also discussed other services provided by the company, which I will take advantage of in the spring.I would highly recommend them for pest control.

The immediate problem is certainly beautifully resolved and I liked them. However, I have to see as to what happens in six months. I chose them through the Angie’s List big deal. I think it was about $200. My experience with them was positive. They used the least harmful chemicals. They were careful since I have a dog and a baby in the house. They explained to me what they were doing. They also behaved very professionally. I would use their services again.

We recently opted for the recent Big Deal on Angie's List with Ultra Safe Pest Control. After paying for it, we found the ad was unclear as to the territory covered by this vendor who was unable to service our home in Southern NH. We called the vendor for a refund and spoke with Vic who was very professional and promptly refunded our money. Based on other posts here, many other customers were also satisfied with their services. We hope Ultra Safe Pest Control expands their business to include Southern NH in the near future as it's vendors like them we'd prefer to perform services on our home.

There was nothing in particular that stood out to me. I bought a particular deal for bi-annual treatments and I was a little surprised that they did not have any kind of a particular plan. Their representative came at the scheduled time and we talked about what I thought were the problems with the ants. There wasn't any standard basis of the service that was associated with it. Based on our conversation he did some real minor spraying. He was in and out in about ten minutes. I expected them to be the experts and I did not get that from them. I have a second one that is supposed to happen in the spring but I am not sure how I am supposed to schedule the work for that. I was certainly not blown away by their service as I had expected something different. It was not terrible but as far as the work went, it did not seem like it was anything that I couldn't have done it myself. The bugs that they sprayed did die. I would not recommend this deal and also would not be able to recommend the company until I work with them again.

I hired them through Angie’s List’s Big Deal. They were great. I loved their work. The man was very friendly, energetic, and very informative. He went above and beyond his call of duty. He was willing to address additional areas of concern at no extra charge. He did this willingly and happily. It was a very good experience. I would use them again in the future.

Their service was good, and I would recommend them to others. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were very professional and very helpful. They sent out two different techs at different times. They even came out for a follow up. They were fabulous.

Mark from Ultra Safe Pest Management took the time to inform me how each product worked. Mark was fast and efficient. Mark also noticed we had a few yellow jacket nests and promptly took care of them. Mark answered all my questions concerning the wild life (that lived where they belong....outside). I heard somewhere that poising mice could harm the hawks and Owls and Mark assured me that the product he uses is formulated for mice and would not harm the birds. I am now using this company on a semi annual basis.

A tenant of mine felt she was being bitten at night time. I called a few different bed bug service providers and by far Ultra Safe Pest Management was the only one I felt comfortable with. The others said things that almost seemed like they wanted to scare us into thinking the problem was going to be very bad even though they had not even been to the apartment to inspect the situation by telling stories and saying that numerous treatments would be needed. They also charged per treatment. Vic from Ultra Safe was very professional and explained that he would have to inspect the area before determining the extend of the situation. He also had one fee that would allow for as many treatments as necessary to have the bugs exterminated from the apartment. He also guaranteed his work for 6 months. He explained how the process would work if it were to be treated. We had the apartment treated and as Vic explained earlier within a few days the dead bugs appeared. There was not a problem after that first treatment. My tenant chose not to discard her mattress and wanted her items treated again even though there were no more signs of bugs. Vic came out to treat the apartment again and no bugs appeared afterwards. After seeing that result I was very impressed that he took care of the problem in one visit and yet came back again to soothe my tenants worry. I was charged $600 because I had a coupon. The normal charge is higher and I would still definitely only hire Ultra Safe again even if I did not have a coupon as having the process of exterminating bugs by an experienced, knowledgeable company with superior results I believe is why the problem was resolved so quickly and professionally. (I did not find less expensive prices when calling around nor did I find someone who guaranteed their work so I was less confident about how many times other exterminators would require additional treatments.) I cannot say enough about how nice, professional, and courteous Vic and his employees were. Vic and Mark called to go over what was done after the treatment and took the time to explain everything in detail. Also, Vic always answered his phone or called right back during the entire process from the beginning prior to treatment when we were finding out information, during the process when I and my tenant had numerous questions and right to the very end. That is not something you find very often and it was so nice to have especially for a problem like bug extermination that requires immediate action, detailed prep work of the area, and careful follow up. I highly recommend Ultra Safe Pest Management!

The dog did not find bedbugs, except for two bedbugs in a jar that were hidden by the service provider, Vic. I was very relieved. I was also impressed with Vic's knowledge and by the ability of the dog to locate bedbugs quickly. I was extremely impressed with Vic and would recommend him to anyone. By the way, the price of $95 was due to a special offer on Angie's list, which has expired. But he definitely would have been worth the full amount.

We purchased Angie's list deal to try out whether UltraSafe could fix the problem. Scheduling the service was easy, and I was able to set up an appointment for the following week. On the day of the work, they left a message saying that they had a complicated job and would show up late. They ended up showing up an hour late. Kevin (the exterminator) was pleasant, professional, and answered all my questions about pest control. He looked for mice droppings, figured out that they came into the house through the garage, and put down several baits in the garage, both floors of the house, and the attic. He also explained how to get rid of ants and spiders, and keep them away. He sprayed some pesticide along the outside foundation of the house and the garage. Good thing he didn't need to spray inside because of our kids. He told me that the pesticide would last several months. If we ever have a problem with the the insects and mice coming back, they will come out and take care of it.One more thing: I asked him to check our bed for bedbugs. He checked carefully and said no, and showed me how to do it myself. Overall, he is a pleasant person to work with, and he looks like he knows what he is saying and doing.

Nick(owner/sales) came out quickly in response to our call regarding bats in our attic. He explained the process thoroughly. My only criticism is that he was a bit melodramatic and alarmist about the guano(turns out they were mostly residing in a sealed off space and the tiny bit of dried guano was not as problematic but I would rather err on the side of caution than being cavalier about the possible health hazard of guano in a home). He followed up without giving us a high pressure push and gave us an estimate the day he came out unlike another company that gave us a higher estimate about three or more days after they came out to look around. Ultra Safe also gives a lifetime guarantee on their work. Best of all, they exclude rather than harm wildlife(I don't want bats living with me but they are useful critters in the great outdoors). Tom, who came out to do the work, was pleasant and professional. He answered all our questions and was not only on time, he was a few hours early. He did a thorough job and yet was very efficient at the same time. Nick stopped by to receive payment and check up on the work while it was in progress. They not only installed bat doors that are typical methods from all I have read online about the procedure, but they sprayed upstairs in our storage areas where bats could go a disinfectant spray that also is a deterrent and cleaned out a birds nest they found in one of the gutters near the one opening they were fixing without extra charge. I would definitely call this company again if needed.
