I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for a full house Termidor treatment through Ultra Safe Pest Management. I have zero complaints so far. The guys showed up on time, clearly explained what they were going to do before they started, and didn't leave a mess. The service comes with a 5-year warranty. I hope I won't need it, but if I do, I am confident that Ultra Safe will take care of me.

They were ultra good! I like that they gave me a window of arrival between 8 and 11 arrived at 8:02! The technician that came was not only polite and professional, but also nice, smart, informative and had a sense of humor! He really educated us about our mouse issue. He did not pressure as far as getting additional work done or spending more money. We was just wonderful!

Very good. I was worried about potential mice problem. Old house-- winter coming. Put me at ease (one less thing to worry about) and plugged a few holes. Great investment.

I called four top rated (Angie's list) exterminators over the last three years in search of help with a foul odor that no one could identify. It turned out to be rat urine as a result of an infestation. The only person who was able to help me was Al Kaufman from Ultra Safe Pest Control. Al came to my house every day for weeks, baiting and trapping and daily removing any dead rats he had found. During that time he worked with the contractors collaboratively who were looking at the foundation from the inside after the walls were opened up in search of points of entry. He consulted with them as to possible points of entry, ways to ameliorate, disinfect and neutralize the smell from the urine that had saturated the interior walls, insulation and foundation of the house. There was no other company i called who suggested anything to me except put bait traps outside in the yard. Al answered the phone every time i called and he responded within a few hours to any request. All is a dedicated pro and I would call him again in a minute. If it were not for him, my problem would never have been solved. He is the most knowledgeable exterminator with whom i have ever worked. Included in the fee i paid, i have a on year warranty in the unlikely event the problem persisted.

I can't say enough about this company. They were on-time, explained their service in detail and actually taught me a good deal about termites versus carpenter ants. Also, while they were working, they found a wasp's nest near our front entrance. They exterminated the nest at no extra charge and were concerned we did not get stung. Just a caring company that delivers more than they promise.

Initially I was very pleased with the service, however after several visits I still had a mouse problem. Traps were set and I was told to call back if I had any other problems. I called back about 2 weeks later as instructed and I was told that it was an unrelated mouse problem and that their job was done. I argued with them for a while and they finally agreed to come back out to my home. This happened a few more times and eventually I requested that the manager come out and meet with me to discuss what my experience had been. On the day the manager was supposed to come out and meet me they sent another gentleman two hours before the scheduled time and I was not home. I received a very angry phone call from the gentleman that did come out and I explained the situation. Apparently, the time and the person that were scheduled to come out were changed without my knowledge. Later that day I spoke with the owner and demanded my money back as they had not actually gotten rid of the mice. The owner was rude and argued that it was my fault that we still had mice. After some time, he agreed to refund my money and I chose to go with another company. I would absolutley not recommend them! Horrible expereince!

I was looking around for a bed bugs exterminator, all the prices i got was so high it wasnt even funny, i found couple of them with cheaper estimate but they dont gurantee thier work for 6 months but Ultra safe gave me the lowest prices and they got the job done with a 6 months gurantee. I was dealing with Justin X129 and he is the man, i highly recommend using this company for anything related to Pest control. Low prices and excellent work thats what every customer (landlord) is looking for, Btw $3000.00 is for 2 seperate jobs and they were about 40% cheaper than everywhere else. Price is good, Quality of work was excellent, They got back to me within 30 min if they dont pick up or when i email, They were very professinal. Thanks

They came and sprayed, and treated the apartment. It went well. They were responsive and showed up on time and did the work properly. They took care of the problem.

These guys were amazing. We called them because we had bees enter our home through an opening in the siding beneath a window. They then traveled through the wall and entered the bathroom through a fixture that was not securely attached to the wall. Like an idiot, I waited until after dark and sprayed some contact killer that I bought at Home Depot. I emptied half the can in the opening in the siding and figured that had to get them all. The next morning I had about a dozen dead bees on my bathroom floor and I figured that killed the nest. I went out of town for a few days and when I returned, there was still a ton of activity in and around the nest.I called Ultra Safe due to their positive reviews and their Angie's List discount and they sent someone out the next business day (they offered emergency service for Sunday but it was too pricey). The technician explained what the issue was and why my method was unsuccessful. He treated the nest, during which time well over 100 bees flew out in a hurry, and explained that over the next 24 hours all of the bees should be dead or will simply find a new place to live.The next week we found a hornet's nest in our front yard hanging over the door from a tree. I called them to report the problem and they sent someone over the same day. They once again treated the nest and promised to come back in 24-48 hours to remove the nest. They returned as promised and took the nest away. When I asked how much I owed them, they said that it was covered under the warranty from the first nest and that they were my bee guys for the entire season. I highly recommend these guys.

I called Ultra Safe because I was suspicious that I brought bedbugs home from a recent trip I had gone on. My husband and I had actually gone through bedbug extermination in the past, so we knew what to look for as well as what to anticipate we would have to do in preparation for the extermination. Knowing the mental, emotional and financial burden it had put on us in the past, I was determined to find an alternative way to solve the problem. I found Ultra Safe online and saw that they offer less invasive treatments. I called to schedule an appointment for a dog detection inspection. My appointment was scheduled for 2 days after I called. My window of time was scheduled for 9-12. I was hoping that he would have arrived earlier; however, he showed up right around noon. Victor came into the house, listened to my concerns, and did his own visual inspection before bringing in his dog Penny. Victor did a very thorough inspection, taking apart our bed and looking things over with a flashlight. He then brought in Penny would did her own inspection. Thankfully, neither Victor or Penny discovered anything that indicated we had a bedbug problem starting up. I would certainly use Ultra Safe again in the future.

I called this company because they had good ratings on Angie's List. I detected that there was an animal (later determined to be a squirrel) living somewhere in/on my house. The owner/exterminator came, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I believe his name is Mark. His bedbug detecting dog Penny was super cute. Mark gave me an estimate and told me he thought it would be reasonably easy to evict the squirrel from my soffet.The entire process took about six months. Things they did well:1. the actual job, when they got the right person out to my house to take care of the problem The wildlife guy had this great hot pepper gel which seemed to make the far-too-clever squirrel reconsider if the penthouse view was worth the pain in his paws.2. they kept coming back even though they had to know I was p***** and they stuck it out until they got my problem sorted out. Things they did badly:1. communicate, communicate, communicate. a. I called and left messages and did not always have my phonecalls returned. b. I was stood up for appointments or had the employee come late, without a courtesy call. c. The gentleman who was repeatedly deployed to my home was courteous, but seemed to have been given very little information about the situation and seemed to be skeptical when I related what his employer and I had discussed as a plan. d. They claimed to have done site visits, but didn't leave a calling card or any indication of their presence. This led me to believe that they were not "checking in on the house" as they indicated they would. e. They called to ask me to pay the bill twice while the issue was still outstanding. (Right Hand, meet Left Hand. Maybe you two should talk...) .2. Actually, that's it. But they did it so badly that I guess it overwhelms pretty much everything else. I did speak with Mark a few times about some of the different issues I was experiencing. Towards the end of my interactions with the company things did improve somewhat, but by that time, I was quite fed up. In conclusion. Yes, they got the job done. Yes, the squirrel has found other places to bunk for the winter. No, I wouldn't call them again. It was too much hassle.

I left a voicemail message and got a call back within minutes. The person I spoke with was very professional and advised me of his prices and services. He sounded very competent and his prices for the area based on my initial research were competitive. I advised him that I had already found a company to come out to our house. He we very courteous and said I could call him back with any questions if it did not work out with the other company. I would definitely consider using in the future.

It was great. They took the time to explain each step of the treatment and offered the best warranty that I could find in the Boston area, which tells me they are confident in their services.

I am really not happy with their services right now. They didn't do what I thought they were going to do. There are still mice on the floor after they came and did the job. There are leaches in the basement and it's pretty hard to go in there. So, my overall experience with them so far has been just fine. I cannot give them an A. We have already paid the double bill. I haven't heard from them since they first came. They really lack communication skills.
