We particularly liked the company representative, Fred. He was pleasant, personable and through as he checked the exterior of our home for places mice were finding an entrance, and making their way into the walls. He suggested ways to rid the area of any mice that might still be present and how to deal with them in the future. Apparently, he was successful - he plugged the small spaces he found and we have had no problem since.

Fred was aesome. He started by listening to my concerns. He then did the job promptly, professionally and with excellent attention to detail. Would recommend without hesitation.

Pleasant employee punctual for first visit. 2 employees for 2nd visit, ran a little late w/ no notification. Pleasant and friendly. We have has no mouse activity since 2nd visit.

Overalli t went great, but they did advise getting all the clothes out of the drawers which was quite a job. But it really helps to get the room clear so that they can spray everything.

Tech came to house, greeted me, and started off by discussing the house and area. He was very personable and friendly. From there we examined the house together, with the tech pointing out different concerns and previous works. Once the walk through was over, the tech started to fill in the various gaps we found with foam. When finished, we walked again, going over the work done, pointing out areas of concern, and discussing future service options. Once done, we shook hands and parted ways. All and all, a pleasant experience.

Work was done on time, in budget and professionally. I needed a follow up within the warranty period and this was arranged with no hassle...was able to get an appointment quickly and was very satisfied with the work performed. Overall, while Ultra Safe was not the lowest quote I received, there's truth to the adage that you get what you pay for. These guys are efficient, professional and their work took care of my issue.

Bought the pre-winter Rodent Exclusion deal and they blocked all the small exterior gaps from where rodent might sneak in to our house. Was glad to know there weren't many such gaps.

It went well overall. He explained to me where mice usually go into the house from. He filled holes or cracks with foam.

The most detailed and comprehensive service for this task that I've had to date. Very courteous as well.

They did a good job bringing to my attention some of the problem areas and closing those areas up.

If you need a bed bug extermination treatment, this company was on time, did their job well, accommodated all my requests and was comparable if not less than other companies. Charge quoted was $3000 but a $500 discount was given for being a member of Angie's list. All worked out well as I made it a point to be there when the services were being done to make sure that all areas were sprayed including my basement and baths the way I wanted them sprayed. I may have been a pain in their neck, but they accommodated all of my wishes. There are two applications required. We were required to launder all clothes for both applications but yet when the sprayer came for the 2nd application he was going to only spray the affected one bedroom and not the whole house until I insisted on a full second application as I thought was required as we did laundry the clothes. He was very nice and did a full second application. After all, I paid $2,500. for this service. If anyone is looking for an occupation that is in the bag for money earned, it is this one. Not sure the cost of the chemicals, but they actually get paid thousands of dollars to take a little sprayer and spray along the sides of the rooms, bureau draws and the matresses. It took two hours to do all three apartments, front and back halls and the basement. I am definitely in the wrong business. Their prices are comparable if not less than others, but to watch a little spray come out of a cannister to hit the floor to wall areas that took only two hours for $2,500 was something that was quite unbelievable to me. I also insisted that a come back inspection prior to my 6 month warranty be included, which they did not really want to include but did. (6 months thereafter) I had this company come back to reinspect the affected apartment just one week prior to the expiration of our 6 month warranty and they accommodated me as they had promised they would. Not only did they come back to reinspect but they left bug monitors to assure me that the bugs were gone. The monitors were a great peace of mind. A TOP NOTCH COMPANY if you need a good pest exterminator. I understand they also have a dog that can sniff out bugs.

They came out and did a decent job. They did block off possible entry points that rodents could not enter into the home. I would recommend them to others.
