They were fine. They arrived when they should have and I did not have any mosquitoes so I guess it worked.

They were professional and knowledgeable on the phone and in person, came promptly.

He showed up on time, was very professional & provided me with information for additional services available.

That went fine. We used it right after we purchased it. We bought some additional services from them. I think that it has been effective so far. It is expensive and I am not sure if I would use them again.

Ultra Safe Pest Management Inc. were fine. They seemed to do quite a fine job and knew what they were doing. They didn't cause us any problems, so I'd recommend them to anybody.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a decent job. They're supposed to come back towards the end of the summer because they're supposed to do a second application. They came when they said they would. They were prompt and on time. They were courteous. I don't know where they placed the mouse traps. I told them to put them outside the fence but the dog came in with one in his mouth and I don't know where he found it. But other than that, they were good. They communicated through e-mail and we are happy with what they've done so far.

They are conscientious, and not giving me a hard time about doing repeat treatments. I will continue to use & recommend them.

Came out on a call the same day. Cleaned out the nest and installed a cover. Looks really good and they were great to deal with. Just note they don't accept checks until after you are a regular customer. Highly recommend otherwise.

It turned out fine. They came out shortly after I made the purchase and then they came out again to check on it. There were no additional charges. They were efficient and they came out on time. They did what they needed to and I would recommend them. I would use them again.

We had called another provider (not from Angie?s List) and days went by and never heard from them. We then called Ultra Safe from Angie?s List. They called backed in less than an hour, asked a lot of questions, made suggestions and made an appointment. Since most of the treatment was outside the heavy rains became a facture. Ultra Safe was nothing less than professional and kept in me informed about how to work around the weather. However, the bottom line was, that if the treatment washed away because of the rain ? they would return. I cannot praise these people enough; they gave suggestions and recommendations on how to prevent a recurrence. They never tried to sell me one of those yearly insurance contracts and when they left my house the problem had vanished. I highly recommend Ultra Safe

I noticed some dust coming out of one of my window frames and decided to call ultra safe pest management. After describing what I saw on the phone they determined it was carpenter ants and scheduled a call within a day or two. On the day of the service, the technician showed up late claiming that some equipment broke and he had to head back for a replacement. I believe him. After showing him the problems I had noticed, the technician did a walk around of the house, spraying the perimeter and searching for nests. He found (and showed me) the three separate carpenter ant nests. Of of the nests was on my barn and he checked and sprayed the separate structure without on his own initiative for no additional cost. Overall, I appreciated how thorough the technician was and the advice and interaction he had with me.

Everything worked out just fine. They did exactly what the deal said they would do and they explained everything in detail.

Our experience was excellent. We contacted Ultra Safe around 11:00 p.m. and spoke to Vic for almost half an hour. He made us feel comfortable and safe and confirmed an appointment for the morning. Once Vic arrived he was so friendly and answered all of our questions and was so thorough with the process. They trapped a raccoon at the top of our chimney and measured for a cap for the chimney so this will not happen again. Before leaving they went inside our home to look up our fire place and they found FOUR baby raccoons! They stayed at our home until they captured all the raccoons safely and kept us informed every step of the way. They also offered an additional service to clean and sanitize the chimney and area. Vic and his partner were so friendly and informative that it help to make this situation less stressful.

Initial service was performed within two days of my call. Technician arrived as promised, serviced the area and contacted me by phone and email to confirm what he had done. Follow-up communications from the office were prompt. A detailed report was provided on the evening of the service. Follow up appointment was scheduled and the technician arrived as promised on Memorial Day! Service came with a one year guarantee that squirrels would not return, or they would make another visit at no charge.

did an excellent job, very pleasant, didn't find any bedbugs, hid a vial to check that dog could find bedbugs and to give dog a reward. I felt much better knowing the house was checked.

The problem began with evidence of a rat in the house. They came and first performed exclusion treatment saying that it was probably out of the house foraging for food and would not be able to return. However, it did not leave. They next came in and set snap traps, advised on how to bate, etc. No luck. Since there was a puppy in the house, we ruled out poisons. They next tried glue traps. No success, havahart traps, no success, sealing up escape routes and setting one-way traps, no success. Eventually, we were able to catch and remove the critter. So, although they were not successful, I have to give them an A for effort.

It went well, at least so far - birds are gone and holes closed up.

I purchased a spring and fall home protection contract from Ultra Safe. They came out to do the initial spraying a few weeks ago, I had to call them back to have them take care of an ongoing bee issue and they came back out in a few days. A week passed and again more bee's and nests, they came back out in a few days and resprayed and got rid of the nests. Again, I am having issues with the bee's finding more nests so I called them left a message and within a half hour got a call back saying someone would be out Monday morning to remove the nests and respray again. The customer service has been amazing and when they say they guarantee their work they mean it. I highly recommend Ultra Safe

We felt he did an okay job. Mice are notorious for enterting into the smallest of spaces. We didn't he feel he did a really thorough job of inspecting the perimeter. We had to point out areas we felt he should look at.

The 1st crew that came out was a disaster, they did not do half of the work promised and were unethical. 1 call to the owner fixed the problem. He came out with a crew to right the situation in the middle of a blizzard!! I would recommend them to do the job and take care of any problems at all. By the way, I believe that 1st crew is not longer with them. Sorry I don't remember exactly how much we paid as it included work throughout the house and a 6 month follow up.

It went very well and I was very pleased; however, there was no follow-up on the semi-annual service. This is why I ranked professionalism and overall a "C".

They did an excellent job. They would come back several times to make sure the bats were gone. This is a very old home and they would get in through several openings. They put a cover over my chimney after they confirmed all the bats were gone. They were very thorough and careful. They were very informative and put me at ease.

Have not seen further activity. Customer service and techs were very attentive to my questions and were quick to respond to my neighbors' very detailed inquiries.

They were fine. I can't think anything that really stands out. They just came and put in some material to block part of the entrance into my basement.
