I'm so glad to have found Vic. He literally could not be any nicer or more knowledgeable when it comes to pests. We found swarmers in our boiler room but were scheduled to leave town in a few days for a wedding. Vic came out immediately, gave us a quote and then performed the services in a day or two. Vic did the job quickly and professionally. He and his crew took great care to clean up thoroughly afterwards, which was much appreciated. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and warranties the quality. A few months later, we noticed some dead ants and emailed Vic, who immediately responded and scheduled a time to come take a look free of charge!

We haven't been bothered by mosquitos at all this summer! The product works extremely well. The company always notifies us the day before coming out and they actually keep the appointment. They're very flexible with regard to scheduling/rescheduling and all communication is extremely professional.

Bill came and pointed about all areas where the mortar itself will likely need to be repointed. He explained the rodents normal habits and we discussed how to avoid mice in the future. He also patched a hole in the foundation which was likely the entrance route for the mice. He was kind and professional. I would highly recommend this company again. I would also use them for semi-annual pest control or maintenance control in the future.

I wasn't very impressed. I could have went to Home Depot, bought a can of Great Stuff and plugged holes myself for much cheaper than what I paid.

Tech arrived on time. Discussed issues and concerns regarding problems we were having. Went to work sealing all openings and offered suggestions for spaces that were too large for sealing. Very efficient and professional.

Man who came was very thorough. Checked and closed off any potential access spaced for rodents. Gave us tips on preventing access as well. Would use them again.

Purchased Big Deal. The deal included an initial spraying plus a follow-up treatment for ticks. They promptly scheduled the first treatment and set up a second for automatic service unless you call to change the schedule. No problems. Service was performed quickly and when promised.

Inspected around the house sealing any openings he found. He found about six or so that I couldn't find myself. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend to others.

Ultra safe was fantastic. I did the Angie's List Big Deal and had them come and spray the lawn for ticks. Our yard is very woodsy, so this is a yearly occurrence for us. In the past, we'd used Scott's Lawn Care Services, and while the treatment was mostly effective, I did find ticks in my yard between their visits. Scott's came roughly every couple of months in the spring/summer season, and the cost was $90 per visit. They came on average about 3 times a season, so the cost was more or less a wash. Ultra safe's service was definitely better than Scott's. They were very timely in their service, and sent me a full report of the treatment by email following service. They came twice, and I didn't find any ticks between visits either, so they appeared to be very effective. I'm not sure I'd use the service at full price. I feel like $289 is a decent enough deal, but the list price of around $500 seems like an awful lot. Would definitely use them again at the Big Deal price though.

Prompt, professional and most of all effective.

Ultra-Safe sprayed around my house and back yard for mosquito control. I had a house party coming up and wanted to make it comfortable to go outside. It worked! Their office quickly responded to my queries about the best day to do the work, etc.

Service went great. Very professional company. Showed up on time, explained everything and provided the service. I would definitely use this company again.

Chris was on time, and very professional. He examined the exterior of the house, then blocked any holes that mice created. He also used a caulk that repels rodents to seal cracks where shingles meet the house foundation, deck, sunroom, and basement doorway. The rodent package I purchased covered only the lower part of my home, but he noticed another problem up by the roof. He explained to me what it was and that he could fix it during a future appointment. Chris was a conscientious worker, and appeared to want do what was right for his customer. I would definitely recommend Ultra Safe Pest Management.

Ultra Safe was okay. I first contacted them via their website because it was late at night and the first time I did so I did not get a response. The second time the e-mails were slow to show up and not particularly detailed. I was asked how I knew I had bed bugs as if I didn't have the expertise to know, even though I had seen them crawling around and more. The inspection was very quick and revealed exactly what I had found myself. Even though they have a dog displayed on their website and van, I was not offered the services of a dog to search out the bugs--not that I needed it or the extra cost, but it seemed strange that it was not offered. Fortunately, I had done all the right things including disassembling my bed, so the search was easy and they seemed to be limited to my bedroom. I accepted to do the treatment despite the cost because I know that one bed bug is enough to lead to an infestation. However, I was expecting to be offered the heat treatment since that was what I was lead to believe they offered based on reviews and a recommendation from a friend of a friend. However, again, I was not offered options. He simply presented the chemical treatment and I went along because I just need it to done and over with before the school year starts (I'm a school teacher). The price was closer to the prices I heard about for the heat treatment. I thought the chemical treatment would be cheaper. I guess not. The same representative for the inspection came for the treatment. He arrived about a half hour later than his 3 pm to 4 pm window, but that gave me more time to prepare, so I was fine with that. I didn't like the idea of leaving him in my home, but you can't be around for the chemicals. Adding to the cost, I ended up having to go to a hotel for the night because I have a cat and everyone I knew either had cats of their own, were allergic, or were freaked out about the bed bug situation. I have one more treatment to go in two weeks. Overall, my bedbug situation is being taken care of by a friendly guy, but this company seemed less professional than I expected. I was given no literature on how to deal with bed bugs or details about the chemical treatment. I was also not given choices for treatments--choices I know exist. I could have spent more time getting different quotes, but bed bugs need to be dealt with quickly and I didn't have the time. The price seemed outrageous, especially given the few bugs that were even found, but it needed to get done.

The service was great. They came on time and did the job and I was very happy with it. We made a schedule and then the weather was not very good so we rescheduled. There were no extra charges for the service. What stood out to me about them was that they took the time to talk to me. I was asking all kinds of questions about mosquitoes and the person I was talking to did not really know how to answer me but their treatment was effective so I have no complaints.

They were great. They checked the situation and were kind enough to explain the situation and they didn't charge us at all for showing us what to do about it ourselves so that was pretty amazing. I can't say I disliked anything because the man who came was very informative, explaining exactly why this wasn't a worry situation and exactly how we could take care of it ourselves and that we really didn't need their services even though we were kind of freaked out about the pest situation but he told us exactly what to do and it worked and he charged us nothing. He is really honest. When he left, we did what he said and over the next week, everything was taken care of so he was right and it worked so everything is an A for this guy.

I purchased a Big Deal for this service. Everything was fine. It has been about 4 weeks now and I haven't had any issues with mosquitos, so everything must have worked well. He sprayed and did a good job. I am entirely satisfied with the service.

What I really liked is the extra communication through email to explain all the details of the service.
