We have lived in our home for just over 3 years now in a nice 55 and older community. At age 63, catching of and "dispatching" mice is not on my "bucket list", but for the past 2 years, I used humane traps and I would put the little fuzzy creatures outside in the woods. As luck would have it, the next day I had mice in the traps again...I wonder if they were the same ones...until I decided to start taking the darlings "for a ride". Anyway, befor this winter, I found the offer of mice proofing on Angie's list and purchased a special offer. The gentleman was extremely polite, punctual and efficient. For the past 2 years, I have had mice in my basement by this time of the year, but so far this year, no mice in sight...which is a bit of a disappointment to our cat, but my wife is much happier without worrying about a little "gift" from our cat being gently dropped on her pillow. At this point, I am pleased with this service and do look forward to not having to use the humane traps and taking mice on rides. Anyway, my peanut butter bill has dropped as well. Preformed basic inspection and executed a system to eliminate a mouse problem. So far the system in place seems to be doing the job. The associate that was sent from the company was perfectly friendly and informative however the report I received from the company via email the next day was inaccurate. I found several errors in what it stated verse the actual findings from my walk through with the companies associate. The associate also tracked mud throughout the building and got whole filling agent on the front of my new dishwasher. I've yet to find a way to remove this substance and will be contacting the company in regards to this. I would give the company another chance in the future but must insist on them sending a different associate.

Everything went great and they did a good job. He was very open to my questions and he was professional. Scheduling went well and we did not have problems. One technician came out to do the work and it took about an hour to complete.

He looked around and he gave advice on masonry work that was needed. He was very nice to work with. They arrived at the time he said he would. He checked inside and outside of the cellar. I would use them again.

I live in an old house that has always had problems with mice. I had a representative from Ultra Safe Pest Management come to my property to inspect the grounds and find some possible entry points for unwanted pests. He checked the entire outside of the house as well as the basement and identified some possible problem areas. He filled as many as he could find with foam and blocked one large hole with a copper mesh to gauge whether other pests were using this as an entry point. I purchased additional service that included bait stations and glue traps set in the house and a follow up appointment for $150. He set a bunch of traps in the basement and attic where the most activity was noticed. Another representative followed up a few weeks later to check on all of the traps. I am happy to report that I have not noticed any mice and nothing was found in the traps so it seems that blocking up the entry ways has had good success so far. He checked all of the bait stations and none of them had any signs of mice but still set a few more traps just to make sure. Since I purchased the extra service I am under warranty so if I notice any mice they will continue to follow up with more traps and bait stations if necessary. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company to anyone facing similar pest problems.

Did all of the above. No mice sounds. No mice in the traps. No hysteria in the house. Happy Family.

Exterminator Fred Bako arrived as scheduled. He was very polite and professional. He found several holes, which he sealed. He set out traps to get any mice already in the house and came back about ten days later to check them. No problems.

Terrific. The Angie's list offer bought two sprayings, one late spring, then mid summer, and I have almost 2 acres, the dogs didn't have a tick all summer, well worth the money even at full price, I'll be using them again come spring

made and kept appointment, plugged up some holes in the basement. But I still found droppings . who found a couple more. Called back, returned promply with someone else, found a couple mores holes. That was over a year ago, and they havent come back ! guess they fixed the problem !

Very nice man inspected the foundation and basement for mice, or places where they could get in. He applied some material in holes where they could enter from outdoors and left several sticky traps where they are likely to travel.

They were pretty good. I know there were no additional charges other than I originally approved but this last bill...it's hard for me to tell if it's an additional charge. They send me bills that I am supposed to pay and they inform me when they will perform the service.

They were punctual, they knew their business well, and explained everything in detail to us before they did anything. The technician that came to do the work was excellent too.

The service was good. They seemed to check the perimeter and filled one hole. They were very efficient, very cordial and it was very quick. I don’t know how thorough it was, but they seemed to know what they were doing. I think they did what I thought they were going to do and it seemed to have worked.

He climbed into the attic and crawled on the center beam to make sure there were no signs of squirrel activity. He also inspected the exterior for possible rodent entrance/activity. Just wish he had explained what to look for in terms of possible exterior entry sites. Other than that he was excellent. Would recommend this company.

He was very good at explainign everything he was doing. He is very thorough I actually learned from him. He patched up everything he could find that might or could be a problem.

It went perfectly. I had nothing to do or worry about once the appointment was set. They were friendly, professional and very prompt.

Initial visit was to define the issue and prepare a proposal. Second visit was to seal entry points and install one-way door. Third visit will be to seal final opening. Both visits were timely. Both people, Vic and Joe, were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Joe had to come up with a creative solution due to an on orthodox entry point being used by the squirrels. Would definitely use them again.

They arrived early and began work on my foundation (with my permission). By the time I arrived home, they were finished. They then took me on a tour of their work. I was very pleased.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They came out about a week after I purchased the deal. After the inspection they told me everything looked fine. I do not have anything negative to say. It was not what I was hoping it would be, but it was fine.

I have been using them since May of this year. They charged me $1,500 with a 6 month warranty. The service was great, but they charged my neighbors less than me and the head of the company had no reasonable explanation for the discrepancy in the charge. He kept making up excuses, none of which, actually, were accurate. He had no remorse about basically having price-gouged. He saw a hysterical mother with children and he was not efficient as the head of the company. The technicians who went to see my neighbors did not take advantage of them. They don't get anything for charging extra, but the head of the company does. I am of two minds on this because the technicians have been wonderful and very good, but the head of the company is an a**h*le. The lower grades on the survey below are all because they have a price-gouging scheme that the head of the company is completely unrepentant for. The technicians offered me an extension in the warranty because they felt badly about charging me $500 more than everybody else, but not the head of the company. He offered me nothing.

The pair of technicians called me in advance as requested on the day of service to tell me they would be at my home within ten minutes. It was earlier than the agreed upon window but they did offer to come by later however I was home and I put the dogs away in order to greet them when they arrived. Both men were uniformed and both affable. They reviewed under my sink and spotted droppings which they attributed to a small hole under my sink pipe. They then sealed that hole up with liquid insulation and then proceeded to my finished basement where I have a drop ceiling that my children had heard little legs scurrying across but obviously couldn't see. It was obvious there was a mouse or mice above the ceiling which is why we called them. The men set bait for the mice in a box and told me this was non toxic to humans but would be an effective way to kill the mice. They then put tiny colored pins where they put the bait so they could check what was eaten on their return visit two weeks later. They then put glue traps on the ledge of my unfinished storage section in the basement and snap traps in the garage which was at the top of the interior wall, approximately eight feet where nobody could get hurt (except the mice). They said the snap traps today do not injure fingers like the old ones or at least not as much. I'll take their word for it! Two weeks later they returned as promised after I made a follow-up appointment and arrived within the agreed upon window. This time one technician showed up and he examined all the bait traps, the glue traps and the snap traps. Only one of the approximately four bait traps had been eaten (half eaten) and there was a dead mouse on the floor that I found myself shortly after their initial visit which was most likely due to the bait he had eaten. I thought that was going to be it but in the storage room we counted six small dead mice that were stuck to the glue traps. Yuck but relieved was my feeling. The initial visit took about an hour and a half and the follow-up lasted about 30 minutes. All tolled I paid $450 for about 3 1/2 man hours but I as a contractor myself I know that it's the results that count not time spent. The results here were impressive and the men representing Ultra Safe Pest Mgt. were respectful, knowledgeable and neat in appearance. I would hire this company again and it comes with a six month guarantee!
