Ok - but we had mice this winter!

They said that if the holes were too big there would be an additional charge, but he didn’t find any large holes. The guy they sent was very nice and instructed me on what was going on and other preventative tactics. It turned out really well! What they did was good, but for the amount of the work they did it was too expensive.

Work was performed by Fred. It was efficient and as described.

The assessment was average compared to the other assessments we received from other companies. However, the company sent us incorrect follow-up paperwork. Instead of a proposal and cost estimate for future service, we received a blank document (seemingly sent by an automated system). When we called twice and emailed them about this, it took two weeks for the company to respond. When they did, they seemed to have no record of our assessment and thought we were a new customer.

Scheduling was fine. He was on-time, took care what was needed and left.

They hadn't really required too much interaction with me. They just kind of take care of whatever it is they need to take care of. The pricing is reasonable. I haven't had any pest issues since they started coming out.

Very impressed....they were more informative than any contractor we have ever used, and their enthusiasm paid off. No further issues. They quickly found places where another company had not seen.

This is a difficult review because there are two distinct parts and one part is, in my opinion, far more important, but the hardest to judge. Here's the less-important part: UltraSafe was fine to deal with, responsive to me (I'd bought an Angie's Big Deal), and did just what they said (showed up on a certain day at a certain time.) So I recommend them for their professionalism. The tough part is, they sprayed my property for ticks but it's hard to know whether this actually helped. Did the tick I found on my child (after the spraying) come from my yard or a park or somewhere else entirely? They did what they said but I won't use the tick service again because I really don't feel like I can judge whether it helped, as we did find ticks. I would, however, call them if I had some other pest problem.

They were awesome. We've had others come in and could not tell us how mice were getting in. They nailed it.

this was a deal at the time but it definitely helped and they were in and out with no issue.

They were treating for mice. However after they treated, my cat came up with more mice. They said they’d be there when I got home, however when I got home, they’d already been there and left. They also hadn't cleaned anything up either - they had to move items and didn't clean up after they left.

They did a fine job. They came as scheduled. They filled in where they found holes. They seemed to know what they were doing and did a decent job.

Technician was knowledgable and explained everything he did thoroughly.

The whole experience was no muss, no fuss for me, and I was very impressed with their professionalism. I would absolutely use them again!

I wasn't there, but my husband was. I didn't hear anything bad about the interaction. I would consider using them again if the price was right.

Perimeter closure to winter rodent infiltration. Just OK. Not much to show for effort. Has planned to use this service as test for further work but was not overly impressed and promised follow up on issues was not fulfilled,

Everything went well. The technicians were very knowledgeable, knew exactly where to inspect for points of entry, and seemed to do a thorough job. Furthermore, they were on time, arrived ready to work, and were respectful of the house which I appreciated. Ultimately, I would recommend the company to others.

The company was very professional and provided a great service, we've had a reouccuring mouse problem for the past year. Since the service we have not seen one mouse or caught any. The service included visual analysis of the foundation, several gaps were sealed. Very happy with the service.

We think it went well, but time will tell -- this is "the season" when mice want to get inside. It went smoothly. Very professional, pleasant, and seemed to know what he was looking for. Didn't waste a lot of time, and was only here for less than 1-1/2 hours.We discussed the barn-to-house connection, though he felt there wasn't a lot that could be done about blocking that. We walked through every room and talked about where there could be issues. He noted where we had previously had had squirrel in the attic, saying squirrels are very destructive, and they could deal with that separately if we needed it in the future. So he plugged a whole bunch of holes where mice could come in, but we really won't know how well it will work until

We were infested with fleas thanks to our son's friend visiting with three dogs. Ultra safe eliminated the problem. We are so grateful.
