came out to inspect using Angie's list special offer ($69). Inspected and said it would cost $355 to treat problem. Did it and had to call them back 3 weeks later because problem still existed. Came out again and retreated. Waiting to see if they finally fixed the problem

We were very pleased with the responsiveness as well as work that was performed. They came out when they said and received all documents as promised. I would recommend using them to other people and would not hesitate to call them again with any future issues.

It took several days and Angie's List messages to get them to send the quote correctly to my email address. Tech showed up last night while I was out and told my mother he was treating for ants. I did not authorize that and send an email and message on Angie's list requesting a call back. Instead of a call I got 2 invoices for treatment of ants. I can treat for ants by spending $40 at Home Depot. I heard back from Victoria who went above and beyond to fix this error. I was going to look for other options when he made me an offer I accepted. They made it right.

They did an excellent job and they sent me an email of the work they did before. I got a deal with them. The came and had a truck. They had uniforms and were respectful. They were on time. They were very responsive. They did the inspection and got right to work.

Ultra Safe was excellent. They were prompt. The guy was really friendly. He was quite professional. I compared them to other places but other places, if you come for a visit, they'll say we'll just do one visit or you can pay for a year-long service which can be really expensive. Ultra Safe said we're going to come out for this one time. However, they gave a 6-months guarantee. We're gonna kill all the ants and if they come back, then you let us know. They worked, so they were less expensive and I got the job done. We recommended them to a friend next door.

Overall it was good. They showed up on a different date but it worked. I was on vacation but I wanted them to spray when I was back home but they actually came when I was on vacation so when I came home there were a lot fewer mosquitoes so it was noticeable. It definitely worked but it only lasted certain number of weeks so I didn’t get quite as much out of it as I was hoping because I thought I had agreed on a certain date and they came on a different date. I was happy because they did do a good job and they did come.

The gentleman was very nice, professional and seemed knowledgeable. Im not sure how much I learned. He confirmed t was old damage and said I should treat for termites. I feel I could have just got a quote over the phone versus paying the fee whe nit seemed like whether it was old or new the recommendation was to treat. Not the reps fault he was great just not sure it was $ well spent

The guarantees are different for different types of pests. They were very nice.

The guy came out and went around and found potential places where field mice could get in. He was a nice guy who was very professional and friendly. I definitely saw a reduction in mice afterwards.

It went very well. They were A+. I have had other exterminators out to deal with my mouse problem, whatever he did, he did it right! I haven't had any issues since!

The inspector who came was very professional and very friendly. He checked the entire house, specifically for wasps and ants as I had asked. They didn't seem to have much variety in terms of services and prices they offer, so we ended up going with a different company.

After hearing the sounds of scratching in the wall of the kitchen, I called calling Ultrasafe Pest Management. I spoke with Vic on the phone who was very understanding and he set up an appointment for the next day and gave me a 15% discount on total price with a one year warranty since I found them on Angie's List. It is an expensive process and that of course is the down side of having this procedure completed, but their work is exceptional! Since this is a busy time of year, I was thrilled they could come the next day. Joe came right on time and did an inspection of the roof line to check for entry points, although I knew of one major entry spot since observing the mother squirrel enter under the gutter spout. Joe went out on the roof and set up a repeater trap for the family of squirrels who had set up residence in my home. Since this was on the very corner of the roof, it was a difficult procedure but he completed the task with a smile and kind words. He knew the process was upsetting to me since trapping animals is not my thing, but under the circumstances it had to be done. The next day we had three squirrels in the repeater cage and once again, Joe came back and took the squirrels in a large garbage bag with the mother squirrel chasing him to his truck!. He set a new trap for the mother squirrel who had been relentless in trying to re-enter the house by continuous chewing on the roof line and her 5:30 AM visits. Needless to say, she was extremely distressed by this process to say nothing of how I was feeling by now! Joe went out on the roof again and did a complete inspection of both the high and low roofs of the house and applied squirrel repellent along the water gutter and other problematic areas. Joe was extremely professional and helpful and I couldn't have asked for a better person for this job. He said he loved his job, although I could not come up with one reason why he would. First you are on top of a high and slippery wet roof, you have angry animals that could bite you, and you are dealing with a hot pepper spray type repellent that could burn you and in fact, did burn him a little on his cheek. Still, he remained in good humor and got the job done in the most professional way. He was kind and I could tell trapping squirrels was never easy for him either as he was very empathetic. The next evening around 6PM we had the "mother" squirrel in the trap or at least we hoped it was the mother. I called Vic at Ultrasafe again to tell him we couldn't leave the squirrel in the trap all night and he sent Brice over within the hour to pick up the squirrel in the most humane way possible. This is a great company and one I would recommend highly! I have complete confidence in them and found both Joe and Brice to be competent, professional and kind. Vic was accommodating and helped get this under control in a timely manner! Do not hesitate to call this company if you have a problem with squirrels or other pests that need removing! Thanks to Ultrasafe! I give this company Five Stars!

The tecnician was 5 minutes early - on time for some people, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was told how to check for mice and areas they would congregate. In addition to mice we're overrun with chipmunks, the tech told me the organic repellant was only a temporary patch and to use a sonic deterrant - great information too know. We're planning to purchase their full extermination package, the service was spectacular.

The rep was very knowledgable about deciding what was the problem and then taking care of it. He set two traps in strategic places and then returned to check the traps on two days. The raccoon was trapped after two or three nights and taken away. The rep then returned a week later to check to make sure there was no need for further concern. We had to go out of town when all of this was taking place. We left feeling we were in good hands and that the rep could be trusted to do what he told us he would do. He kept in touch with us and gave us an update while we were away. I would happily and confidently use their services again.

Ultra Safe was fantastic. We didn't even know we had termites until we noticed some swarming in the front hall. We called a few different companies to come out including Orkin and Terminex but went with Ultra Safe. I called Vic and he came out that night at 5p, got an estimate in writting the next day and we scheduled service the following week. We got a deal through Angie's list, $1,440 for a Termidor liquid treatment, which is the much better than the bait sticks. We also got a 5 year guarentee We have a big house and Vic and team treated a much bigger area than what the $1,440 was probably intended to cover and they never asked for a penny more. They had to treat inside the basement and outside because they could not get to all of the outside foundation and we also had a walled off room in the basement and they treated each side. We would HIGHLY recommend Vic and Ultra safe. THANK YOU!

Terrific job done in thoroughly inspecting my home - inside and out. They were extremely professional and personable. They explained a couple of problem areas they found of the beginnings of carpenter ants and I am going to go ahead and have them do a semi-annual perimeter treatment of my home and will have my carpenter fix the effected areas. This was a great experience. I'd definitely recommend them for an honest appraisal, truthful descriptions of any problems, and good value of treatment plans. I will be using them for all future problems.

There was one person here doing the work. He has come back a few times since then to check on everything. They did give me a status report but I felt like they were doing to do more in the appointment.

We had mice in our home and tried several unsuccessful methods to get rid of them. The final method that worked 100% was to first use a combination of spices to get them to leave our home (cayenne pepper, peppermint and cloves in cheese cloth, then dipped lightly in mint oil). We places sachets of this mix all around our home and they all left! Then to keep them out Ultra Safe Pest Management inspected and sealed our home from top to bottom with a hardening foam to keep out mice. It has been 7 months and not a single mouse has found its way back into our home! We are eternally grateful to be rid of our tiny unwanted guests in an environmentally friendly, ethical and safe way!

Lance came out and filled in any access points to basement. From there he worked his way up through the 3 floors. Time will tell on getting rid of mice for good. Lance addressed the issue of stopping them and not just putting a band-aid on the "every year" mouse problem that has frustrated me with other companies.
