They charged extra for the outhouse. Too early to know if they spray worked. It was a little bit difficult to schedule an appointment with this provider. I had to call a couple of times to schedule. Everything was eventually sorted out. I hope the pests are taken care of but may use them to take care of other things needed.

We have counted on Ultra safe on several occasions to do extermination jobs. For this service the rodents were particularly determined to stick around. Vic (owner) and his team returned several times to enforce his guarantee. I would recommend Ultra Safe with highest regard.

We discovered our "Christmas Mouse" in the kitchen on Christmas Eve day, and had a good old-fashioned family meltdown. We called Ultra Safe and they dispatched a tech that same day. He was great - picked through the mess we had left behind in our panic, identified the problems (where he could - the house looked like something from an episode of Hoarders), and addressed them by placing traps where the dogs would not play with them. He wrote us a complete report and identified what we needed to do to be certain the mice did not come back. No more mouse sightings. Brice saved Christmas! I no longer hear the pitter-patter of little pests, and my pets are safe and happy (and not longer sharing their food with uninvited guests). We are all sleeping well thanks to Ultra-Safe Pest management, and I will not hesitate to call them if I ever have another episode. (Living in an old house next to a river, I will be getting an inspection done before another family visit is disrupted.)

This inspection seemed like the last one, thorough. However, no positive results were found. This time however I have scheduled a major steam cleaning as I am convinced still that I have a problem.

tech was prompt and courteous and respectful of our property. went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable with the process and patiently answered my many questions. we were very happy.

He came out and did the inspection and that went fine.

we had a squirrel making its home in our chimney.. I started a fire an hour before he came so if it was in there.. i'd scare him out.. the guy looked down our chimney.. and i assume only saw smoke and no squirrel.. put the cap on This morning my son woke up and the squirrel was trapped in our wood stove... my fault for starting the fire.. we now think the squirrel hid in our "clean out box" while the fire was going yesterday.. we have a trap so we will catch him ourselves.. and if all else fails.. start a bigger fire... or call them back to get it gone.. The guy was really nice.. the job was quick.. and i was satisfied with the chimney cap

They came, sprayed, and fixed the issue. I’m not sure if the issue is totally resolved at this time. They got the job done in about one hour. The technician was fine and very professional.

They are not bad. Sometimes they send me emails. One time they were late but they called me to tell me they had an emergency. The work is so far so good.

Bought an offer from Angie's list and the inspector showed up at another property from my account. He left a card saying that he came by and no one was home. That was when I realized that it was the wrong house that I had him to inspect. I emailed them back and an inspector came at the specific time. It was the same guy that had gone to the wrong place, and he was very nice about my mistake. He inspected the place and there seemed to be no sign of existing termites, even though there was a problem with termites in the past. Surprisingly, he did not try to sell me or make me get any of their products and plans. It was so pressure at all and I felt very at ease that they weren't trying to sell me anything at all. The inspector was very nice and courteous, really happy with the service.

I purchased a Home Inspection for $69 from Ultra Safe Pest Management. They reached out to me 2 days later for contact information. I sent it to them that same day. 10 days later, nothing. I reached out again to them and they called my husband and made an appointment for 10/27 at 9am. They never came or called. We called them and they said they have us for 10/29. I have the email from them confirming the appointment for 10/27! Obviously, this isn't the company I want to do business with. Please let me know how to get my $69 back. Thank you.

The tech Joe was here for the 3rd time. He is very professional and hard working.

They did a great job. Ultra came out for a consult and told us about potential field mice that had come into our basement. They gave us some pricing but no pressure sales. Followed up with a nice report. We hired them and the spent 90 minutes setting traps AND crawling around the foundation of our home to seal any entry points. They came back for a followup...written report again. Very effective. Great job. Preventive care.

Everything was well taken care of. They list prices for different things on their website. They came back and checked after two weeks. We had some pets and I wanted something that would not hurt our animals. I would use them in the future.

He check all the spaces looking for holes and fill one in. Refill the mice and rat station. Sprayed the house to prevents bugs.

Went as expected. Technician was very courteous. Ended up using the same company later when we found a wasp nest (also treated as expected).

It went well. We had carpenter ants at the same time our neighbor across the street did. They had called another famous brand company out for their problems. We had that company treat for ants, but when they discovered termites in a garden on the grounds (not in or against the house) we decided to go the AL to check out other companies since that company didn't have great ratings. We found Ultra Safe and they had a deal going for $1440 for Termite treatment with a 5 year guarantee, and from the 6th year on you can pay a fee (~$275?) for them to come check and if they find termites, they do a full treatment again without charging any more than the fee for checking. Most of the other companies want to get you on annual contracts where you are paying for them to come back and treat regularly. So the price plus the guarantee was why we picked them. They came when they said they would. They were professional. Discussed what they had to do and the options (since we have a stone terrace against the house and they had to drill small holes for the treatment and then fill). It went well and I was pleased. The worker had to detach our wood step, treat and then reattach it, but he did a great job and I would never have known he did that. At the end, he was going to leave without actually treating the bed where the termites were found (and from where they would fly out and attach other properties). While I knew the treatment protected our house, I didn't like the idea of leaving those termites to spread in the neighborhood (like our neighbors' termites had). So I asked him to treat the bed where they were. He gave me a few excuses for why that wasn't done, but when I asked him to call his supervisor, the supervisor told him which different chemical to use to topically treat the bed -- at no extra cost to us. I really appreciated that.

They were efficient, on schedule and informative.
