I have been going to Dr. Sobell on and off for about a dozen years. He only practices maybe one day a week at NEMC and the rest of the time he has a separate private practice. He only gives me regular exams, and has taken off a few thingies from my face or arms. He is warm and competent (and seemingly never ages). Exams are very quick, unfortunately, and often first done by a student or other assistant. I like the man, and plan to continue seeing him.

She is really smart, personable and concerned. She gets back to you quickly and the office is well run. She is great and I will use her again in the future.

We will continue to use them.

They took good care of me. I have nothing bad to say about them. The doctors were nice, polite and on time. They were very good. There is a long wait to get in for an appointment. My overall experience with them was excellent. I would use their services again in the future.

He is an outstanding physician and one of the top specialists in his field.

His bedside manner is fantastic. He explains everything and makes me feel very much at ease.

Over all they are very good.

Dr. Freeman is the head of his department. I give him an A overall.

He did a successful major surgery on my Grandfather, resulting in him being able to walk again. Dr. Well himself is friendly, but straight-forward. Although he is a surgeon, he doesn’t promote surgery; only doing so when absolutely necessary. He explores physical therapy and acupuncture, etc before. He also provides great referrals, when necessary. It can take some time to get an appointment as he books up quickly.

I am going in to see my Neuro surgeon in a couple of days. I actually had some susceptible issues and I called Dr Wong's office and he arranged for me to get a stress test. Everything was fine but they took care of me very quickly and the place functions really well. They give me excellent service. The office environment is pretty good. I never had to wait too that long so that is good. It's not beautiful but reasonable comfortable. The best thing over there is the doctors. I had no problems with their availability. The office is pretty clean. He is very thorough and reports to you everything that is happening. I think the billing and administration is fine, I have never had any problems in the recent years. There were a little mess up here and there but nothing major.

TERRIBLE!! His examinations were cursory and far from thorough. (e.g. Fast and Half-Fast) He was not the first Dermatologist I saw to miss obvious lesions that grew to be problems requiring surgical intervention. He was forced upon me due to a shortage of Dermatologists at my HMO. I had immediate reservations regarding his competency and they proved true to my detriment. The details are too long so I will just relate that he said and did nothing about 2 lesions that I complained about during 4 visits and they turned out to be a Squamous cell Carcinoma and a Basal cell Carcinoma that I will have to submit myself for surgical excision rather than Nitrogen treatement (freezing). He also, said that there was no concern for a very obvious (bright red) lesion elsewhere that will also require inervention. Also, he performed some type of "high tech?" procedure on a lesion on my back that took a month to heal and was devious and would not respond to my querries as to what he did and why it took so long to heal (my skin heals very fast and without scars). AVOID THIS GUY. I transfered to another Dermatologist too late due to insurance reasons but suspected this guy was terrible even though he makes his undeserved big bucks in an office that has other physicians that have garnered many kudos (cosmetic surgury types)

They are a top-of-the-line facility whether you are having skin surgery, eye surgery, eyelid surgery or cataract surgery. I would rate them highly.

I didn't have to wait and they were very pleasant. They were straightforward and honest. They were gentle as well.

They have a good emergency room and they will handle any emergency there. The overall experience has been very good and I will continue using their services.

Dr. Jeffrey Sobell is excellent. He is knowledgeable and caring. The office is run well and appointments run on time. The office staff is very responsive. Dr. Sobell is good about explaining everything thoroughly and in a way in which I can understand. I will continue to use Dr. Sobell in the future.

I've taken my daughter to him. I feel like he goes out of his way for us and he's very attentive. He's very responsive and a warm person.
