Nice, friendly cleaners. I used them to clean 2 bedrooms with Berber rugs and they were dry in about 3 hours. I liked that there was no perfume or chemical smells which I had forgotten to ask about but there wasn't any so I'd hire them again.

Save your money . I bought the expensive option , and someone came and vacuumed my carpet , no 'cleaning' involved .

Juan and co-worker were on time and courteous. They were professional. They told me some stains would not be removed, sadly stains were not removed. The furniture is cream color, in my opinion, after it dried it appeared some areas were not thoroughly cleaned.

They came at the time they said they would. They were respectful and they did an awesome job. Carpets haven't looked this good since the day I moved in and even then, they didn't look as good as they do now.

I was glad I hired them... It was done well, but never presume that your items will ever dry in 3-4 hours... Presume that it'd be at least a half a day... They are thorough.

They are amazing, quick to respond, high quality work, and very professional. I couldn't be happier with the service they performed. The carpets were is a sorry soiled state and I thought I'd have to replace them, but they look amazing after NE Carpet came out and cleaned. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them as well.
