Excellent Service - I was in a bind, and they were able to come on very short notice, and they howed up exactly when they said they would and my couch looks wonderful! I highly recommend them!

My experience was great! they responded to my service request quicker than any of the competition, and were able to clean my carpet on the same day. The staff was friendly, professional and respectful to my home, and i never imagined that my off-white carpet would look this spotless! they cleaned an old orange stain for no extra charge, and now I can't even tell where it used to be. I'll definitely use this company again!

I used Service Magic to Locate. They were quick to respond, arrived when appointed, completed job in estimated time, did a great job, cleaned the whole area up and asked me to inspect work. Nice!

Juan delivered as agreed upon. He called promptly and arrived for an estimate the next morning. Estimate was reasonable compared to the other quotes we received; it took him a couple days to call back when I was ready to schedule - but once a date/time was set, he arrived on time and did a great job. I had a very dirty, stained microfiber couch that I lived and had never been able to get cleaned. I had another company try several years ago but they couldn't really get it cleaned. NE Carpet and Upholstery called me back almost immediately and came over the next day. They looked over the stain and pretty much guaranteed me that they could clean it. And they did. The couch looks brand new and I have a new rug/upholstery cleaner. I would highly recommend them.

The guys did a fantastic job. They called to let me know that they'd be late and then showed up right on time at the rescheduled time. They were thorough and both the couches and run look great.

They came on time when they said they would, gave reasonable estimates as to time, stuck to their price, etc. No complaints. Got what I wanted.

They were very personable and efficient-our only adverse comment would be that the wallpaper above the couch was damaged-we are planning to rewallpaper soon so it's not a big deal. If this had been after redoing the room I would have been livid.

These guys are great! They helped clean my basement after major flooding. Came back several times to clean up, disinfect and even helped move furniture. They were very professional, thorough and reasonably priced. Thank you Juan!!
