They were on time, thorough with the cleaning and inspection. Even though they were to do some additional work to the gas flue, they indicated that it was very clean, thus they did not charge me for work that was not needed.

I needed the pilot in my gas fired stove replaced. The service was good and it now works great. I just had to wait a week for the service during a cold snap.

I wanted to have the flue for my oil burner cleaned but I have a 60+ year old house and figured extra work might be needed. The two Certified professionals knew exactly what they were doing. They took photos of inside the flue with their phone and showed me the problems. They took a photo of the top of my chimney and I saw that only one chimney had been capped (decades ago) and not two. They did all of it. New flue + all parts and installation. Capped chimney. Repointed the bricks of the chimney. Waterproofed the masonry. I've been wondering and worrying about all of this for a few years and now I don't. Price was $1800. Took only a few hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Just really really excellent.

Completed the inspection to make sure my chimney was safe to use and said they would not have to come back until Jan 2018. Approved the repairs that I had make. Gave a discount for early fall booking of an appoinment

They had to reschedule the 1st appt, and then had to come later in the day for the rescheduled appt. Other than some frustration in the scheduling they were great and did a fantastic job.

They were rather hard to get in touch with, but once I did they were quick to answer questions and get out here to look at the issue.

The crew took time to explain everything to ne. Job was done right the first time. When they left you would not know anyone was there. Very professional.

Everyone I dealt with from the gals answering the phones, to the schedulers, to the technicians who did the work were all very professional and knowledgeable. I called for an estimate and they came within a week. I decided to hire them and they came the next day. And they cleaned up their messes. I was impressed.
