Certified Chimney Inspections

A call would be nice to know that they were still coming after 5 when they were supposed to be here between 2 to 4. They were quick to check the chimneys and determined no cleaning was needed, therefore, no charge. They also answered questions we had about sporadic ignition for the gas fireplace.

They were very prompt in contacting us and even though they were busy managed to fit us in for a chimney sweep and inspection. I was a bit peeved that their “1-3 pm” appointment was more like 3.50pm but at least they kept us in the loop and exlained that they had a very tight schedule. Once they were here, Jamie and Derek were helpful, friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend the company and these two technicians!

The guys that cleaned my chimney were thorough and professional. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company for any chimney work.

They were on time and very professional. They explained the work that they did in detail. Unfortunately for me, more needed to be done than I had originally planned for. However they able to perform the additional there and then without having to reschedule which was great for me. Both the guys awesome. I would definatly recommend this company to anyone.

Very efficient and friendly

It is a very terrible situation when they try to rob your. They arriving very late. They not even call or explain the reason till i call them back. you know what the first word that the manager asking me. Do you still want the labor guy to come over or not? They arrive with two person, one is sleeping in the car and other just working alone. this is a 12 pit chimney, if the accident happen who will take responsibility? and don't forget take audio record or video record if possible in case you need some proof for any other reason.

Having confirmed the appointment a number of times, including the day before they were due to turn up, they phoned me 2 hours before my late afternoon appointment to say they wouldn?t make it and I needed to reschedule the appointment. I wasn?t given a reason, simply they couldn?t make it, and there was no appointment time available for another 3 weeks. I had rescheduled my day to be home for this appointment.

The timely communication of the appointment time (12 to 2) and then a second call to say they would be at my home in 20 minutes was very much appreciated. The reps arrived, inspected my chimneys and suggested only one of two required cleaning which saved me money. They were very clean and put fireplace screen back when finished. Also, from the time I put in my request to Home Advisor was within just a few hours to provide me with a cost-estimate and an appointment. Very professional company who I will use again in the future.

George and Zack were punctual , professional and super efficient. They did an excellent job removing the blockage in our chimney and installing a smooth wall flue liner. Our heat works great and we will continue to use their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Technicians did their job and also found out I needed a liner for the other flue, making my house safer in the long run. Would recommend this company for any chimney work.
