Booked appointment but the day they were supposed to show up, they said it was scheduled for the following week, I am 100% certain they got the date wrong. They said that they would put a camera down to inspect, but didn't do that although they did a good visual inspection. The guys that performed the work were neat and did a great job, I would recommend them.

Once they got there, they did a great job. I marked them down because they did not come when first scheduled, and did not call to tell me they were not coming. I called when they were over half an hour late, and only then was I told that they were not coming that day and I had to reschedule. The next time, when they actually came, everything was fine.
