They were prompt, careful and did a great job. Cleaned up after sweeping the chimneys.

They came out and checked everything but it did not need a cleaning so they did not charge me. Did inspect other items and gave me an estimate for the future. Appreciated the honesty.

I made an appointment for chimney cleaning with this company. They have excellent customer service, and the employee who came was professional and polite. After inspecting our chimneys, he told us that we had stainless steel liners (which we didn't know), and that we didn't need a cleaning. He didn't charge us for the visit, which in our experience is rare among service companies.

I hired this company to do an inspection only, not a cleaning or a repair. They were very helpful and informative during the visit, and gave me excellent advice. The price was extremely reasonable. I had this work done twice by other companies which charged quite a bit more. Also, communication was excellent. They called the day before the appointment, and then about half an hour before arrival. I highly recommend them.

Work was completed in a quick and efficient manner.

Project: Clean and inspect chimney for wood burning stove, and put cap on it. Did not need cleaning . Did install cap. Were quick and professional.

Very professional and were on time for both visits and did the job when they promised to. I highly recommend them, and the price was very competitive.
