Certified Chimney took the time to explain what our problem was and provided several options starting with least invasive. No pushy sales tactics. They were knowledgeable and professional spending the time to make sure we knew exactly what they were doing and why. I will hire them again to install a wood burning stove!

Miscommunication on work expectations. Was not timely in scheduling appointments. Question quality of final work. How can you waterproof inside of chimney without removing existing chimney caps? Will have another technician inspect their work to validate if what I paid for was done correctly.

They were on time and very professional. They inspected the chimney and furnace outputs as well as cleaned the chimney. We do need some work done on the chimney but were not pressured about it. They were very straightforward about what could be pushed out and what would be most important to do sooner rather than later.
