They showed up promptly as planned and as confirmed by phone. While cleaning a chimney could easily have been messy they didn't leave a spec of dust. They inspected the furnace and resealed the vent, swept the chimney and fireplace, pulled the damper and cleaned it and behind it. All in all a great job! Having a clean bill of health for a well used fireplace is a good feeling.

They worked efficiently and took pictures up on the roof of the chimney and the issues came down and spoke with us and showed us the pictures so we understood what need to be don, Very polite and helpful.

Seth came by to inspect the chimney of the home I recently purchased. He was friendly, honest and gave me some useful information about the chimney and pellet stove I also have in my basement.

Did a great job. Had some major trouble getting in touch with them. Their phone was disconnected or something for a day or two? But when I got in touch with them they were very responsive and went above and beyond to help.

I am more then happy with the quality and service I received. Seth Barry chuck Dave all did an amazing job with my liner install. I will use this company in the future.

They showed up about 20 minutes later than the time range that was provided. Other than that, they did a great job, answered all my questions about maintenance and they were very clean. I've added them to my favorites so they are my go-to company from now on.

I can't recommend the company more. I could not start my furnace until the chimney was relined. After hearing I had no heat they expedited the work and the tech arrived the next business day. The work was done quickly and professionally.

I would hire them again

It was agreed they would clean the charred fireplace facade. The worker they sent did not perform this service, but said they tried their best (most likely without any cleaning agent). I was forced to do this myself that evening using a homemade paste and brush/sponges, since the painter was to arrive the next morning. They would have received 5 stars all around, otherwise!

Professional - great communication - worked neatly w/great clean-up - suggested additional work needed but no pressure - took pictures of problems above roofline - will make this an annual event !!

The chimney represents were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY COURTEOUS and personable. They explained everything that needed to be done and showed me the chimney materials that were going to be installed. The 2 gentlemen returned on 7/5/18 a very hot day and they set about doing the work. They worked all day long and completed the job around 7pm, 2 days later they sent pictures of the completed work to my email address, I am very satisfied. These folks are AWESOME, I Highly recommend this company a 5 star rating well deserved.
