They had done prior chimney work for us, in 2017, when flues needed cleaning. They inspected all flues, providing photo and video documentation, prior to cleaning. Their attention to detail was appreciated and pricing reasonable. The current job, involving lining the furnace flue/capping the chimney/patching outside mortar lines and sealing brick work/cleaning fireplace and sealing the smoke chamber was completed in its entirety within a day. The cost was reasonable and the work was quality.

I would highly recommend the services of Certifed Chimney. Although I had arranged for them to clean the chimney, after inspecting it they determined it wasn t necessary. They did identify other work needed and explained why it was necessary. There was no pressure to do the work just an explanation as to the impact and why we would want to consider their services. We did have additional work done by them and was very pleased.

Certified Chimney Inspections did not seem to care about me as a customer. We had an appointment scheduled, and they needed to reschedule, but they didn't show up for the new appointment, and I haven't heard from them since.

$2700 for replacing Chimney Exhaust pipe. 5 hours of labor and parts (30' of 6" 2 plies smooth wall stainless steel lining with T connect at the base) with two people (Tech and Assistant) which is estimated between $300-$400 minimum an hour for labor with two people.
