Jacuzzi® Bath Remodel

I did a bath>shower conversion with Jacuzzi. The salesperson, John Cummings, was friendly, knowledgeable, and addressed all my concerns. Jacuzzi completed the job in one day with hardworking installers who kept the place clean and consulted me on details. The shower is just what I wanted. A bit pricier than I wanted but got the peace of mind that they would deal with any iffy plumbing at no extra cost. Thanks.

Two men arrived to do the job, they were both very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job, the shower looks great and they entirely cleaned inside and the staging area outside where they cut all the materials. I highly recommend them.

John Cummings our sales rep was knowledgeable; helpful, patient; and went over and above to assist us with pricing, selections, & financing. he was NOT pushy - Great experience The install team was effiencient, clean and really did finish it all in ONE day. Support Team was also very helpful. took a while to get a date set but they were very helpful. Very happy with full experience. Wish that there were better selections is my only negative comment.

I could not have asked for a better crew to do the install. In their pre demolition inspection they immediately spotted two potential issues that could have derailed our plans. After going over the issues with me, there were two options presented. I chose the one that would work best for us and they were able to meet their goal of a one day install as well as our expectations.

Sales representative was informative and helpful and we arrived at a design we loved. Installation was prompt and very well-done. Install crew were neat and end result was spectacular.

Installers arrived on time and worked very hard and efficiently. Project took two days since in addition to the shower conversion they also installed a new LVP floor and a new toilet. Rafael and his assistant were top notch and left the house and work area clean even at the end of the first day. I highly recommend them if you are considering a project. They made an effort to minimize the time water was shutoff as well.

It was so nice to have the job finished in one day. It will take more to finish the rest of the bathroom job of replace sink and sand/paint.

Ben was a great sales person and very helpful. Installation was a one day experience and the installers were respectful and friendly. They both wanted to take my dog home with them! One suggestion for consumers—think about where you stand in your current shower to determine where to place your”condiment” rail and whether you prop your foot on the tub edge to wash and dry your feet. You may need to put in a shower chair just to feel safe to finish. The shower is clean and easy to clean. I love it. Even though it’s expensive, it’s worth the quality.

Workmen were excellent. They asked for direction when appropriate, but otherwise worked independently as a well coordinated team. Finished shower and plumbing is great. No issues whatsoever.

Dacota and his team were excellent to work with, they are keepers for sure!!! They were all very polite and professional a great pleasure to have in my home. All the guys were very hard workers and that is a rare thing to see these days. My family is so pleased with both of the bathrooms they worked on.

I hired Jacuzzi Bath Remodel through an email add that I responded to. They got back to me promptly and their salesman Hunter was at my house within a week. They came and did the work which was demolishing two bathrooms and installing new shower stalls, vanities, flooring and toilets. I expected a crew of plumbers and carpenters, but TULIO and his helper did it all and to perfection. I absolutely love my new bathrooms, every time I shower I feel like I'm in a 5 star hotel. While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided.
