Description of Work: Tom fixed the boiler and also the water heater. It went perfect. it was also much cheaper than other quotes. I trust Tom Fotis and think he really knows his job. Highly recommend him.

Description of Work: They scheduled a visit which they never showed up or called to cancel. I called the company that same day to find out the reason of no show, secretary took my number and said Tom was going to call me back. 2 weeks later, still haven't heard from him. Very unprofessional.

 + -1 moreHE WAS LATE TO DO THE ESTIMATE IN MARCH, KEEPING THREE CONDO OWNERS, WHO HAD LEFT WORK EARLY TO MEET HIM, WAITING. THEN NEVER SENT A QUOTE. I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF HIM ON THE PHONE IN MAY, ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HE WAS FAR TOO BUSY TO TAKE THE JOB. I SAID WE WERE VERY FLEXIBLE ON WHEN IT WAS DONE, EVEN NEXT YEAR WOULD BE OKAY, AND HE THEN SAID HE DOESN'T LIKE TO BOOK AHEAD. I ASKED IF HE'D JUST SEND THE QUOTE SO WE'D HAVE IT FOR COMPARISON AND HE REFUSED EVEN THAT. HE OBVIOUSLY HAD NEVER EVEN PRICED THE JOB AND NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL TO REFUSE IT OR FOLLOW UP. HE WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED OUR PORCH RE-ROOFED AND NEW DECKING LAID. THE OWNER CAME TO DO ESTIMATE, BUT THEN NEVER FOLLOWED UP.

THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T CALL HIM BACK YET IS THAT I NEEDED THE ESTIMATE TO NEGOTIATE A PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE HOUSE/PROPERTY AND WILL NOT BE MAKING THE REPAIRS UNTIL LATER IN THE SPRING. SO I MAY STILL HIRE HIM.
Description of Work: I CALLED TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON REPLACING SOME ROTTED SILLS AND PUTTING UP NEW SIDING.
