The service went well. One technician came out and completed the service in the time range they told me. The staff is very professional and does good work. We plan on switching over to using this company more regularly. They are responsive and prompt. The pricing is reasonable. The staff is also very thorough and polite. I have not had any issues scheduling a service when I need to.
Description of Work: I hired the company to install a filter between the furnace and duct work and they also found the right grate I was looking for. They have also done some work for my mother in law.

The service went great. I contacted them around 11-12 P. They drove about 30 minutes to get to me for the service. I had them back out to work on the AC as well. One technician came out and completed the job in about an hour. He had the part with him and was very knowledgeable about the furnace. He did a thorough job and was happy to talk with us even though it was late at night. He gave some good suggestions about maintaining the unit and was very helpful. I found them in the yellow pages and scheduling them out was very easy.
Description of Work: I hired the company to repair the furnace that had broken in the middle of the night.

The service went well. The staff did a great job. One technician came out and completed the job in about 1 hour. The technician was nice and courteous. He was an efficient worker and scheduling was easy. The pricing was just a little high.

I have been using the company for about 8 years. The staff has been very prompt and professional. They are a larger company and tend to charge a bit more because of that. They have been reliable and I have not had an issue scheduling them out when I need.

First of all, they have a live person answering the phone. We made an appointment for the estimate. He took measurements and checked out the electrical. He spent almost an hour and a half going over everything. He sat down with me and talked everything over. They said they have a computer program to enter the measurements in which gives you an accurate BTU for your home. They had a scientific way of figuring out what was most efficient for my home. The installation was professional. No hassle. No mess. They cleaned up everything. I was so happy I hired them for additional services: clean my furnace and add sump drainage.

It could not have been better. I started out by getting quotes from three companies. Victory's price was in the middle of the other two. All three were local companies in the Milford, MA area. I decided to go with Victory mainly because of their reputation for quality, and the fact that they guarantee parts AND labor for 3 years. The others had no guarantee on labor. As far as I am concerned, anytime I deal with a company doing improvements to my home, there four areas that I measure them on: PRICE: Victory's price was slightly higher than one of the other vendor's. Victory agreed to match their price INITIAL SALES VISIT & PROPOSAL: The sales guy, Mike, was very professional, friendly and a good listener. He asked what I was looking for, actually listened, then gave me the pro's and con's of each different type of solution. He also explained the various money-saving programs offered by MASSSAVE, which got me a $500 rebate and an interest-free 4 year loan. He followed up the very next day with an email containing a comprehensive, yet easy to understand, formal proposal. Fast turn around was important to me, as I needed this system for health reasons INSTALLATION: Despite this being peak season for them, they were able to schedule my install about two weeks out from the date I signed the Proposal. Their two-man team was on-time, clean, very professional yet friendly. They explained what they were going to do, and how. They then proceeded do an expert job of installing the system. They kept the work area clean at all times, and did a final cleaning when they were done. Then they showed me all the ins and outs of operating the system and answered any question I had. FOLLOW UP, POST INSTALLATION: Little things mean a lot. Mike, the sales guy followed up with me later that day and asked how the installation went, offered to answer any questions, etc. He thanked me for the business. He then emailed me all the paperwork I needed to get my MASSSAVE rebate. As you can see, I am a happy customer. The whole process was an easy, comfortable experience. A very professional company with good people. It was like dealing with the mom and pop shop back in the good old days. But they were also very professional. I highly recommend you consider them if you're looking for an HVAC solution.
Description of Work: Installed a Mitsubishi Mini-Split Heat Pump (Air Conditioning system). I purchased the unit and the installation services from Victory. Their own employees did the work, not sub-contractors

FYI - they claim to offer 24 hour emergency service, but that's only if you are a current customer. If you are not a current customer and have an emergency, you are out of luck.

With that said we often prioritize service calls during extreme conditions and will respond to existing customers and service contract customers before a new customer. Marc came out to do the warranty service on our hot water heater. He was very pleasant, professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing. He was very careful in cleaning up after the work and also was impressed that he even used shoe covers to not track in any dirt into the house. We had some other concerns and questions unrelated to the work and he was more than happy to answer them. Had some questions about future projects and he explained our options and even gave us a quote immediately. Definitely will use this company again and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We had a warranty issue on a hot water heater in that we are getting rusty water issues. He needed to assess the situation and try to rectify the problem. He drained the hot water heater to try to alleviate the problem. If this doesn't work then he said they will look into it further.

Jeff came out and arrived on time he only explained that the new boiler was made in MA ( it was not a brand that I have heard of) He assured me that I would have his estimate that afternoon well it has been 2 business days since that & I have not heard anything from either him or from anyone else at victory He knew that I was going to use the Mass Save Program and he kept telling me that I would have to stay on top of this since all of the work had to be completed by Nov 1 . I let him know that I was well aware of the deadline & thats why the estimate was important to me. I Have had several other estimates and I'm sorry to say that Victory has lost out. Anytime anyone tells me they need work done the first thing I'm going to tell them is to stay away from Victory due to their lack of professionalism, if they didn't want my business in the first place all they had to do was to tell me that they were to busy to provide me with an estimate

From discussion with Jeff our salesperson to Tony, Nick and Ken the technicians assigned to the job, everyone was wonderful to deal with. I evaluated at least 5 different proposals before going with Victory. I knew of their work on a prior conversion for the church I attend in Blackstone and they did such an outstanding job there that the had an edge. While they were not the cheapest bid they were the most up-front with all costs and they took care of every little detail. Nothing was hidden and there were no surprises. What I was most impressed with was the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. The minute the techs arrived at my home I knew I had made the right choice. The system was incredibly well laid out and designed to be maintained with minimal disruption of any zone. And, to top it al off my basement area is now cleaner than when they began. I liked their work so much that I will call them directly next year to get a Mitsubishi AC system installed. I will not seek another vendor. Well done guys! -Marc Greenwald Blackstone, MA

I evaluated 6 proposals for my project to install central air conditioning with a heat pump in my 2-story Colonial house. I included a heat pump to reduce my annual heating oil costs; the savings is estimated to be 25% depending on the outside weather, giving the project a financial return over just installing air conditioning. The project required upgrade of my electrical service to 200 amp; not all vendor's proposals identified an upgrade of electrical service was necessary. Victory responded to my request for proposal within 1 week. Salesman Michael was very knowledgeable about installation and design requirements. Victory's proposal cost was very competitive with other vendor's proposals; other proposals were as much as 33% higher cost. I selected Victory as the best vendor to do the installation now and provide support in the future. Upgrade of electrical service to 200 amp and installation of HVAC equipment were scheduled within 3 weeks of my order; installation was completed on schedule. All the HVAC equipment arrived on three shrink-wrapped pallets before the installation, a good example of Victory's organization and planning. HVAC equipment storage and assembly were done in my garage. Eric led the installation crew consisting of Justin an HVAC installer and Tom an electrician. Upgrade of electrical service took 2 days, while installation of ducts and HVAC equipment took 4 days. The work crew was very personable and professional. The Victory crew was very careful to minimize dust in my house and disruption. They laid down cloth runners to protect my carpets from foot traffic and used boxes and close vacuums to minimize dust during cutting. The Victory crew identified related issues of broken roof trusses and attic ventilation, and made arrangements to correct these problems. Victory arranged for mechanical and electrical inspections with the Town Building Inspectors. Victory give me a one-year period for system adjustments, five-year warranty on labor, ten-year warranty on HVAC equipment and lifetime warranty on ductwork. I'm looking forward to using Victory for similar work in the future and will recommend Victory to my friends.

Overall they were very good and very professional. They seemed very knowledgable and thorough and did a really good job explaining what was going on to us.
Description of Work: Our A/C began blowing warm air during a spring heatwave. They checked the system and performed maintenance and found that system was very low on refrigerant. They brought it up to the proper level. They also detected a slight leak and added a sealing agent to plug.

We requested 3 bids on our job. Jeff was the most informative sales person we met. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The installers actually were available 1 day early which allowed the job to be completed before the weekend. Steve L. and his crew worked efficiently, neat and were also pleasant to work with. They explained what they were going to do, the timing and ultimately instructed us on how to use the equipment. As a result we have now used Victory for other plumbing services. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Victory to install central A/C in our house in the spring. We found them to be courteous and professional. They started the job on time and completed it as promised. Out of three estimates theirs was the middle price and reasonable. They followed up a couple of weeks later to inspect and calibrate the system. We've had a very comfortable summer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

The team of installers were without question the most professional competent contractors I have used. Victory is very fortunate to have this team. Tony, David and Ken were extremely courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable. They explained the entire process of the installation. Their workmanship was outstanding and they left the site as neat as when they arrived. They are true professionals. I had other companies provide estimates for the work, and company reps were courteous and knowledgeable. Jeff from Victory was just a step above the others in describing exactly what would be done, and how long it would take. The quote was fair and the final cost did not exceed the quote.
Description of Work: Victory removed old heating boiler and hot water system and replaced with new High efficiency boiler, water heater and all piping, electrical and venting.

I've been so pleased with the service that Victory provides for my central a/c system, that I expanded my contract to include the gas furnace and water heater. Getting an appointment was easy. The tech arrived exactly on time and put on protective booties before he walked in so he didn't track any dirt in the house. He explained everything he did and performed a thorough inspection of both. He was polite and courteous throughout and offered me some good suggestions for future upgrades. I used to go through the gas company for a maintenance plan but they stopped offering inspections and they're a lot more expensive for the annual plan. If something goes wrong they cover it, but I'd rather work with a company that will come out and check to prevent future problems instead of waiting for them to happen!

Wanted to replace my 12 years old water heater before problem hit. Got a quote from this company at late September. Then, I followed up with a phone call to clarify the detailes and plan for an installation. The phone rep asked me to leave a message to the manager (John?) so he could call me back. No one calls back for more than two weeks. My water heater started to leak over the weekend of 10/27. I made another call to Victory to asked for emergency service (they have been doing maintenance work for my heating/ac for many years, i.e. I have a service contact with them) . I was told that nobody could help that time and took a message and promised that someone will call me back next morning (10/29). No one called back to date to respond my request for urgent service!

He was a no show - Called to get estimate on installing ductless AC system. Very difficult to get a call back from sales rep. When he finally did contact us he set an appointment for 7.00 AM since he doesn't do visits evenings or weekends. Stayed home from work that morning waiting for him but he never showed up - no call - nothing. He did not respond to my follow-up calls.

I love them. They are a great company. They are very professional. They are always very polite and respectful. They are helpful. They get the job done.
Description of Work: I use Victory Heating & Air Conditioning for furnace and air conditioning services. They were out in the spring to do the annual maintenance of the air conditioner. They cleaned all the moving parts and they changed the filters. They recently stopped doing oil furnaces.
