The floors came out beautifully. Some of them were badly damaged. I didn't believe they could look this good again. Troy Hardwoods exceeded my expectations. It is clear that Isaac Troy and his team, care about the finished result. I appreciate how hard they worked to make sure that the floors turned out the way that they did.

The best recommendation I can give is when the job was done my wife said "I wish we had more floors to do, those guys were great!". I contacted Troy Hardwoods and Isaac called me to discuss the details of what we needed done. He came out to our house, looked at the scope of the work and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate for the work. Isaac and his team arrived on the date and time we agreed on and over the next couple of days they worked very hard, made suggestions that improved upon our original plans, we're very professionally and respected our home. When they were finished, the floors looked amazing, they installed a frame around of our fireplace that is perfect and there were no surprises with the cost. To sum up our experience, Troy Hardwoods gave us a fair quote, were professionals, started and finished on time, did a fantastic job, and all at the cost that was agreed upon. I highly recommend Isaac and Troy Hardwoods.

Called Issac on a Tuesday, told him I was in a jam. Just bought the house and was moving in in less than 2 weeks and the furniture was coming in 10 days. He came out that evening and looked at the house, gave me a price and said he could start that weekend. they worked from noon till late in the evening on Sat (10 PM), then all day Sunday and got the first coat on the floor. One family room which was an addition which was a parquet with very dark stain on it, came out beautiful with the parquet revealing some white and red oak. They came back Monday and finished on Tuesday. Fabulous job, could not be happier.

New 4.25" red oak installed through entire second floor. The quality is amazing! This is the second time I've used troy hardwoods, and I'm even more thrilled the second time. I've computed price per sq ft that friends have paid and Isaac (troy) beats them all. We had the wood stained to match the downstairs, a red mahogany look... Matched perfect! Another awesome job.

Isaac was very prompt in coming to my house to discuss what I wanted. It did take a little while to get an estimate but that was partly because I was unsure of what kind of wood I wanted. Isaac and his brothers worked day, night and weekends to get my floor done in time for a family event. My floors are gorgeous! I would highly recommend Troy Hardwoods.

Getting an estimate from Troy Hardwoods was a positive experience. And I was not shell-shocked when I received the cost estimate!
