Description of Work: I want to share a very bad experience with this contractor. My fiancé and I are looking for a contractor to put on the final layer of asphalt in our driveway. My fiancé (Ed) called 3-4 local asphalt contractors. He chose Primo because their office was very nice and their quote was on the lower side (not by much) of the others. They sent him a written contract with the price and exact square footage (1000) of our driveway . He called them back about 2 weeks later when all the other quotes were reviewed by us to begin scheduling the work. They said all he had to do was sign the quote and mail it in. He received a call that night and they told him that they could not honor the quote because it was too low. My fiancé couldn't believe it. He said how could you send me a written quote and not honor it. They said they had no idea how it happened but they would not do the work. I would understand if it was so low it was ridiculous but it wasn't. He figured they might want to do the job for cost figuring they wouldn't want an upset customer but nothing from them. They didn't seem to care.. So I want to inform everyone who is going to use them to beware. Even if it is written, there is no guarantee they will do the work at that price.

Description of Work: I called and left a message on Saturday for an estimate on filling cracks and sealing my driveway. Monday Joe called me and said he would come by and look at the job. later that day he called me and gave me an estimate for filling the cracks and sealcoating. He told me that it would be a waste of money to fill all the cracks because there were so many. He quoted me $400.00 to fill 3 major cracks and sealcoating. I told him that he has the job. Thursday Joe and 3 other people in his crew came by to do the job. They did an excellent job filling the cracks and sealcoating. The driveway looks great. I would use this company again when I sealcoat again.

Description of Work: called to get a quote to sealcoat my driveway. he wanted to quote on the phone without even seeing the driveway I asked him to come take a look and give me a quote. he told me to call back and leave my information on his voicemail? what? very unprofessional. did not want the work. I would never recommend this company

Description of Work: I joined Angie's list in order to locate honest, dependable contractors to help me fix up my house which has been neglected. I made 3 calls this morning and received calls from all three. I can't describe how impressed I was with Joe DePrimeo. He was upbeat and encouraging and hopefully his estimate will be affordable to me. But what sealed my deal was that he noticed my tire was low and offered to follow me to a gas station and check my tires. In this busy world, that kind of kindness is unheard of. Thank you, Joe!

Description of Work: It has been a week since my inquiry and message left. Did not wait any longer found another company and driveway being replaced as I type this. I guess the economy cannot be that bad if I cannot even get a call back. Should have listened to the previous reviews becasue it happened exactly like the others stated it would.

Description of Work: I had some trouble with this company in the past but they have done a great job to make things right. They are very responsive to my concerns and take care of everything right away.

Description of Work: They repaved a parking way behind my house for our cars.

Description of Work: Joe and his guys paved our driveway and our sidewalk. They did beautiful work. The driveway drains nicely and the sidewalk is very even and smooth. I was impressed that Joe DiPrimo came out and worked with the guys. In a lot of cases, the only time you see the business owner is when he or she comes out to settle the financial arrangements with you, but Joe is hands-on.

Description of Work: He seal coated my driveway. I had him return to do my neighbor's, which had been disturbed by construction work I had done. He also applied a second coat to my driveway. The proof will be in how long it lasts, but he seems to have done a very good job. He certainly was responsive and punctual both times. The owner, who performed the services, is very personable.
