I just told you in the above paragraph and really don't choose to repeat myself. Otherwise dealing with Primo was a tortal and delightful experience.

Joe promptly returned my phone call, arranged a time to meet looked at the job and provided a written estimate. His price was in the middle from other received. I gave him ht job he showed up on the date promised and finished that day

Almost 20 years ago we relocated a driveway on our property. About 5 years after the service was done a sink hole started to develop-about 2 1/2 feet deep and 100 square feet. We tried temporary fixes with cement and I spoke to a number of different driveway companies over the past few years. Each company informally quoted 2,000 to 3,000 but no one would actually commit to doing the work. I contacted Primo Paving based on the great reviews on Angies list. The owner met with us on a Saturday morning (convenient for working home owners) and completed the work the next week. We were in the process of putting the house on the market so timing was critical. Not only did he fix the hole - which looks great. we also had two very long driveways seal coated. These driveways hadn't been touched in 20 years. BUT - the best part of their service happened later...Shortly after the driveways were seal coated a thunder storm moved in right over our house and the coating washed off parts of one of the driveways. PRIMO came back out and seal coated both of the driveways again - no extra charge. I highly recommend Primo Paving.

Within two days of my initial inquiry regarding an estimate, Joe came to provide us with a quote. He prepared the quote on the spot. We were unsure of what we wanted to do with our walkway, and he provided us with a few options of varying cost. When we called to schedule the work, he gave us some dates that would work for his crew, and said he would call a day or two before he would do the work. He called on Friday for the Monday job. We were not required to be at home while they were doing the work. The driveway and the walkway look fantastic... I wish we had done it sooner! Joe was professional, reasonably priced, and extremely helpful in answering our questions. In fact, he identified a few projects around the outside of our house that he could help out with, and also noted that our attic fan had been on for the few hours they were onsite and thought we should have it checked out because it might be unsafe. Overall - Joe and Primo Paving were great. I have already given his name to a friend, and would recommend them to anyone! We will be calling on him for driveway sealing, and maybe even some masonry work!

We found Primo Paving on Angie's List - My husband called and someone answered the phone and then told him to call back and leave our information on a voicemail. My husband did so, and never recieved a phone call back. A week later, he tried calling again and left another voicemail and still did not get a callback. Since I had read good reviews from people that actually had work done, I decided to try calling him one last time to compare his price to the other quotes we had already gotten. When I called, he answered and I explained that we wanted someone to come out and do an estimate. He asked me the size of our driveway (which I didn't know off the top of my head) and told me to call back when I knew the size and he would give me an estimate over the phone. I was surprised by this and he told me "We are so busy, we just give quotes over the phone and then if you're serious about it, then we will come out and look at it. Don't get me wrong, we want your business, but we just don't have the time to come there." I was a bit taken aback by this, but I ended up calling back the next day with the measurements and first he asked "Where are you located again?" I told him where we live (about 35 minutes from where he is located) and he quickly gave me an estimate for $9400. The other quotes we have gotten we for $4600, $4800 and $6300. Clearly, Primo Paving did NOT want our business. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.

Originally used Primo Paving 6 years ago for repaving driveway and having a wall placed adjacent to the driveway. Recently, a sinkhole developed on the driveway. I called him and responded promptly. Note: the sinkhole was caused not by the quality of the previous work, but some rodents had tunneled underneath the driveway. He had previous experiences with this problem, thoroughly fixed the issue, and gave advice to avoid this reoccuring in the future. He did additional work of fixing concrete stairs to make outward appearance of the house better. I'm very glad to have used Privo Paving and I will use them again in the future.

The crew was courteous and professional. They completed the job in a day. We, the members of our condo association with parking spaces, are satisfied with the quality of their work and the price they charged.

The job went extremely well and I would recommend him to all my friends. I asked a lot of questions and Joe had many suggestions, not just for the driveway, but also for retaining walls, our deck and our granite front stairs, which he re-pointed, while he was here. All the crew were courteous, neat and easy to have working at our home.

Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. As we needed the driveway entrance fixed ASAP so as to avoid causing anymore damage to our cars, Joe worked with us and got the job done. The entrance to the driveway looks amazing! Joe himself came at the start of the job, as well as at the end, to check out the work. I look forward to working with Joe and De Primeo Paving again in the future.

Project turned out great. Joe was straightforward, good to work with, responsive and we were extremely pleased with the finished product. It was late in the season, so we couldn't seal coat it before the colder weather set in. Thankfully we didn't get much snow this year so it's still in great shape.

The driveway looks great. Joe always returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions. What I especially liked was that he was able to do the driveway, the wall, and move the bushes so that I was able to deal with one company to do the entire job - nor three separate contractors. I recommend Primo and was very satisfied.

Joe (Tony) and his crew just left me a spectacular new driveway here in Framingham. We called him Sunday, described the job, got a price, he came out Monday to inspect, scheduled the work for Tuesday and it's done! They know what they're doing, do it perfectly, efficiently and with a high degree of quality and professionalism. I sincerely believe we have the best driveway in Framingham. From excavation to finish, I was mesmerized by how hard they work and how efficiently Joe and his team work together. They use top quality materials and have the equipment to get the job done right! Not just hand rolled and tamped, but steam rolled! We would highly recommend using Primo Paving and will have them back next spring to sealcoat it!

Primo was consistently responsive. Joecame out a couple of times to talk different aspects of the project through in the quoting phase, and then moved quickly to complete the job in a timely manner. Their works looks great, and we're happy they were able to help us out in such a short time.

Everything went well. Primo Paving was prompt and did quality work. It has been nearly 5 years since the installation, and the driveway still looks great.

See above. Overall, we are pleased with how it went.

We had several large areas in our driveway that were damaged last winter. Joe and his crew cut out the damaged sections, and relaid new asphalt. They returned several weeks later to seal coat the whole driveway. The project went well, and everything looks good.

Joel called back and came out promptly. He talked through the possibilities in great detail and gave us several options. The final amount turned out to be more than we could afford at the time, so we didn't proceed with the project, but we had an excellent experience in the initial stages with Joel.

He is extremely responsive and very good.

I called the number listed to request an estimate, and the person who answered the phone (never identified himself) told me to call back at the same number and leave the information on voice mail ("just call back--I won't pick up"). I did so, but never received a call back.

Overall as stated above it was a waste of time and trouble trying to deal with a supposedly reputable company that does not return phone calls.

They never returned our multiple calls and never provided a quote.

After getting nowhere contacting a dozen paving contractors I found Primo Paving after joining Angie's List. Joe responded and within a few days we met and he gave me a quote. He happily gave me a reference. I saw the referral job which looked fine and spoke to the home owner who was very happy and the work looked fine to me. I then accepted the proposal. We had a little trouble scheduling the work because of my schedule and rain. As soon as I was available and it wasn't raining the job was done. The job met my expectations in every way, no asphalt or oil got on any surrounding work and when the job was finished no debris was left behind. Joe DePrimo knows how to organize the work, leads the work himself, and stays on top of his crew. I spent my whole business career as a building contractor and from my experience I know the building industry needs more contractors like Primo Paving.
