The owner is delightful and the crew was great. The work was great. We did have a problem that arose when our sprinkler company went under the driveway and damaged the work done by John Cooper, but they came right out and fixed it for us.

Awesome job. Denise personally come out to our house to review the plan and make sure that we had everything right before we started. They showed up when they said they would, did a great job doing what was asked/agreed-to and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend their services!

Denise and team are professional, punctual, efficient and all around pleasure to deal with. They set the bar high for any contractors you will deal with after them. Made the appointment to have Denise measure and provide estimate, had it hand the day she was at our house. I expected an all day job (tear up old, large, potholed driveway and replace) they were done in 1/2 that. Non stop action with no mess left. Looks beautiful. Quite frankly, I am not sure I want to park on it. Really improves the look of the house/yard.

After 2 years there were still some soft spots in the driveway (this apparently happens once in a while and so we also put off sealcoating). The spots resulted in some damage from tires being turned on the pavement and some damage I had done by mistake. I called Denise and she came out last year (and the year prior) and looked at it. She said some of it could be fixed but not sure all of it since some was very shallow (and I am very fussy) and pointed out that most of it was caused by people turning with the car stopped in the driveway on hot days. This year, 03/29/18, she followed up without my calling and sent her crew out. I am very impressed with the work they did, it is like the damage never happened! This is almost three years later and she still returned to do the work and did not even charge me for any of it! Try to find another contractor that does that!!! YES, I would use them again :-)

Very well. The estimate was below my other quotes, and the company was local to my town. I had other project going on, but Denise was able to adjust the schedule and fit me in right before end of season. The team arrived a few hours earlier than I thought which was great. They cleaned up the driveway better than I ever could. They made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving. I needed them to put additional stakes and caution tape so that people would not walk on the walkway (i.e. mail person). They were happy to put that up for me without issue.

Very positive experience. This company is professional top to bottom. They value their customers, pay attention to detail and do excellent work. Great communication and honest answers to your questions. I spoke to several companies when considering the job and these folks stood out from the very beginning.

A family run company the young lady Denise came out to give me quote. A few boulders need to be removed before the driveway can be properly done. Another part of this has to be done with asphalt into the backyard I don't have any reservations in this company doing the work. Well experienced and gave me good tips on preserving the driveway. After a year to put a sealant on the driveway.

Coopers crew showed up promptly as scheduled and got straight to work. They were a pleasure to watch as each crew member seemed to know their role and things got done in a very methodical, efficient manner. They worked like a well oiled machine and all seemed to be experienced in the trade. They addressed all my concerns about some drainage problems I had experienced with my old driveway and all seemed to genuinely want to do a great job. And they did! In addition to installing what appears to be a first class driveway, they also were very respectful of my property and were vigilant about keeping the roadway in front of my house clean and clear. The final cleanup was impeccable. My new driveway looks awesome and handles runoff even better than I had hoped. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for a new driveway.

I have been in both sales and service businesses for 40 years now, and know what hard work it can be to both make and then meet/exceed all commitments made (not to mention customer expectations). Denise Cooper and her people made commitments and not only kept them but exceeded my highest hopes and wishes. I also believe they encountered unexpected obstacles in the implementation process, which they responded by just plowing ahead to a timely and highly professional completion in EVERY respect. Denise herself visited the project several times during the implementation, which speaks to her company and her personal dedication to both quality and customer satisfaction. I cannot more highly endorse the John Cooper (Denise really) company, based on the her provision of a clear explanation of the work to be performed (which Denise did far better than her competitors), her confident commitment to excellence, which was then matched by superb dedication and workmanship by her employees at every stage of the process. All of her people were very approachable, considerate and accommodating and when I asked questions, they politely explained why and what they were doing. There were many small requests I made along the way and every one was met with a simple response, "we can do that". It is 100% accurate to say, that in 40 years owning a home in Hanover, I have never contracted with a company I could more highly recommend than John (Denise) Cooper-Period.

It went well, they came late cause they got held up on another job, but they called me and let me know. They came dug it up and they came back the next day to repave it. They reminded me it had to resealed after a year and they came out this year and resealed it.

On time, fast and efficient work. They pounded in the stakes for the caution tape, but never put the tape up before leaving. Some trouble with payment, an invoice was never sent for the work performed. Credit cards are not accepted

The workmanship was excellent. The workers were prompt, efficient, diligent and courteous. The driveway looks wonderful!

No issues seal coating was done to perfection

They did an excellent job. They squeezed us in because we were having a party. They also did it while we were on a cruise and when we came back it was all done what a nice surprise to come home to.

It went very well. Besides the driveway coming out great, the whole process was painless and extremely well organized. I was primarily impressed with the organization, they actually have an office staff that 1) is responsive 2) coordinates and reminds you that appointments are coming up 3) returns your calls promptly. I was quoted by the owner -- who was there exactly when she said she would be and then worked with her son who was on the paving crew. I was very sensitive to the drainage issues and they were very responsive.

Perfect company, easy to deal with, great communication.
