I've waited several weeks to write this review to make sure it was not out of anger. My wife contracted these guys while I was out of town to fix a drainage problem that we have had intermittently with our septic tank. They sold her on installing a submersible pump, which only exacerbated the problem. After the first rain, backup occurred as might be expected. Several times they said that they would come out to 'fix' the problem. After several phone calls, they did come, saw the real problem, told me to hire a plumber (?), wished me a nice day and walked off. I did manage to fix the problem with a couple hours digging in septic tank sludge and a trip to Lowes. But now I am stuck with a plumbing mess in my tank which will eventually fail and have to be ripped out. It worked for 30 years without the pump. Summary: poor assessment of the situation. Poor, but expensive solution. Refusal to complete the fix. These guys may be capable of pumping out the tanks, but for anything beyond that, I cannot recommend them.
