Description of Work: They came out to perform a maintenance checkup. They found the compressor needed to be replaced. Fortunately it was under warranty so we just paid labor.

Description of Work: Well I was just a tad bit disappointed because I went to Angie list to get another provider bc my normal guy couldn't come for another month and didn't want to wait so I called Burkhardt. I assumed (which I should never do) that the services check and clean whatever is necessary but I was wrong and may have misread what services are provided 5 because they did just that, only checked to see everything was running properly and no cleaning of unit but would have to pay another $169 for a agreement contract to then have them out twice a year to clean, adjust etc units for AC & heating. I thought this was normal until I contacted my regular AC guy to then find out that with their charge of $79 the services included evaluation, check and cleaning of unit. So needless to say I'm mad at myself because now am paying for services once again.
