Peter was very courteous & professional. He was always available by phone and did what he said he would do in a timely manner. He replaced 2 gas water heaters plus the drain pans in the attic. He also replaced a leaky kitchen faucet. I had purchased one that wouldn't work for what I needed. He immediately went to store and purchased what I needed. I had a water heater fail and start leaking in the middle of the night heading into the weekend. This wouldn't normally be a big emergency, but the shut off valve to the heater *and* the shut off valve for the whole house both failed as well, so there was no way to stop it. I called a number of places first thing Saturday morning at 630am and Peter Glover was the first place to call me back and came out 30 minutes later in the middle of a storm. He was able to shut the water off to the whole house, cut the pipe and bypass the failed heater, and had us back up and running temporarily that same morning. He then came out the next business day at 7am to replace the heaters and the failed valves and used high quality parts and a more pro-grade heater than what you'd find at Home Depot (Rheem Professional instead of Premier series). I was extremely happy with how quickly he called me back, especially on a weekend, and during a storm no less. The workmanship is top notch and now I have a trusted plumber to call for future projects or emergencies.

He gave me a quote that I agreed with. When he got to the job site he lowered the quote by $50 because the job was easier than he expected. Who does that? All I can say is the next time I need a plumber, Mr Glover is going to receive a call from me.
