Allstar Animal Removal

Horrible. dishonest, unreliable. I foolishly trusted the salesman, named Cory. I originally hired them to remove a birds nest in my roof gutter area. Cory did an "inspection," upon arrival. Cory went into the attic and told me that there was "fresh" and "old" rat feces everywhere, and pulled an old fashioned "bait and switch" on me. He tried to switch me to an extremely costly "rat abatement and restoration program" for $14,000, as well as securing the house with special screening for an additional $2,000.00, and the bird nest removal for $478. I did hire them for the screening and bird-nest removal, but not the rest.. He did not take any pictures in the attic. He never went on the roof. I relied on his word! I thought it was odd to recommend the roof vent screening, considering this was already done by another company. When I asked how he knew the work was not done, without going up on the roof, he said, "trust me, I am an expert," and I did. He said he set come rat traps in the attic, and said he would be here every 2 days to check them. Nobody ever showed up for the first appointment, so I went into the attic to check on the traps. No traps, no rat feces! I called my credit card company and requested a charge back and got it.

I called Allstar Animal Removal for squirrels in our attic. They scheduled an appointment in a 3 hour block, but did  not show up or call. After calling to reschedule, they said bad weather was the reason for their no show. After leaving work early for the next scheduled appointment, no one showed up again, nor called. I did not call back a third time to reschedule as I wasted 6 hours waiting at home for no one to come and remove the squirrels from our attic. I would not recommend this company for any animal problem that needs attention.
