TruGreen Lawn Care - 5150

Scotts Lawn care has been great. They have a very friendly staff and our yard looks great. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

They are very professional. They took their time and explained what they were doing and the chemicals they used. I haven't had any problems with them.

I have had some bad experience with this company. Last year we hired them and they didn't do all the work they said they would do. There were weeds still in our yard. We hired them this year and they said they would do all the things they didn't do last year.

I found out about this company through a flyer. Customers are given a discount for paying in advance. I had an issue, but it was resolved immediately. So far I have no dandelions. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They were very helpful and very informative of the work they were performing. I think that they do very good lawn care service.

I had Scott's lawn care come out to fertilize my lawn and spray for insects. They were good overall except, they wanted me to leave a credit card number with them and not a personal check which really bothered me.

They call for an appointment so you don't have to remember. They also are very informative of what they are doing. The lawn always looks healthier because of them.

Scott's is professional, on time and does good work. This is the second year I am using them. So far I have no reason to be unhappy.

I think the price is great, and very competitive. Every time I see them they are very attentive and friendly. One time some weeds had grown despite the treatments and they even came back to kill them for free. Great work!

They called about a promotion and then tried to charge me more. I do not think that they are ethical business people. It was the end of the season. I got it and paid it right away. At the end of the year, I got an additional bill. The techs did their job.

THEY CALL AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS OKAY BEFORE THEY COME OUT. I PAY A LITTLE MORE BUT THEY DO LITTLE BETTER OF A JOB THEN THE OTHER COMPANIES. TRUGREEN MAKES THE LAWN LOOK GREAT. THE OTHER COMPANIES I HAVE USED IN THE PAST JUST SPRAYED AND IT DIDN'T DO MUCH AT ALL.

THE PRICE IS REASONABLE FOR THE SIZE OF YARD THEY HAD TO SPRAY. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND MADE SURE THEY SPRAYED EVERYWHERE. I WATCHED AND THEY DIDN'T MISS A SPOT. THEY WERE OUT HERE AND SPRAYING TWO DAYS AFTER I HAD CALLED THEM.

THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE. THEY SPRAY THE YARD and PUT THE BILL ON THE DOOR. I AM HAPPY WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY GOT RID OF MY DANDELIONS, SOMETHING I HAD TRIED TO DO MYSELF FOR YEARS.

I THINK THEY DO AS GOOD ANY ONE ELSE. THE PRICE SEEMS A LITTLE MORE REASONABLE. I KNOW PEOPLE WHO HAVE SMALLER YARDS WHO PAY MORE SO I THINK I GET A GOOD DEAL.

ITS BEEN GOOD. I HAVEN'T SEEN ALL THE RESULTS AS FAST AS I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED, BUT I'VE NEVER DEALT WITH ANYONE ELSE. THEY GAVE GOOD ADVICE. SINCE WE HAVE ONLY BEEN USING THEM IN THE PAST MONTH WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE IF THE RESULTS THEY PROMISED WILL COME TRUE.

THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE HAS BEEN OK, BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. MY NEIGHBOR HAS THEM AS WELL, THAT IS WHY I STARTED USING THEM, BUT THEY WERE RUDE TO MY NEIGHBOR SO I HAVE STOPPED USING THEM. SHE SAID THAT THEY TALKED TO HER ON THE PHONE AND THEY WERE RUDE AND TALKED DOWN TO HER. THEY ARGUED WITH HER, WERE NOT NICE AT ALL, AND EVENTUALLY HUNG UP ON HER. ALSO, THEY CONSTANTLY CALL AND WANT YOU TO ADD ON SERVICES WHICH IS KIND OF ANNOYING.

IT WAS GOOD. I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT FIRST, BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. THEY ARE BACK ON TRACK NOW. THEY COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO. WHEN I DID HAVE TROUBLE, AND CALLED THEM THEY WERE BACK HERE WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.

THEY KILLED THE WEEDS BUT THE WEEDS HAVE COME BACK. I CALLED ABOUT IT, BUT THEY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT EARLY BUT THEY HAVEN'T BEEN OUT YET. AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN MY PHONE CALL BUT THEY DIDN'T.

I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED. I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GREAT. THE YARD LOOKS GOOD AND THERE HAVEN'T BEEN ANY WEEDS SINCE THEY STARTED. I HAVE IT SET UP SO I DON'T HAVE TO CALL THEM, THEY JUST COME AT THEIR SCHEDULED TIME.

THE GRASS LOOKED MUCH HEALTHIER AFTER THE TREATMENT WAS DONE. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE OVERALL THE TREATMENT OF THE GRASS WAS EXCELLENT.

THE SERVICE HAS BEEN FINE. THEY COME OUT EVERY QUARTER AND TREAT THE LAWN. I REALLY DON'T HAVE CONTACT WITH THEM BECAUSE ALL THEY DO IS COME OUT AND DO THE SERVICE THAT WE PAY FOR.

OUR LAWN LOOKS TEN TIMES BETTER THAN WHEN WE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY DOING IT. I DOES NOT SEE ANY WEEDS AT ALL. IT IS REALLY SOFT AND IT LOOKS REALLY GOOD. I LIKE TO JUST LAY ON IT.

I HAVE ONLY DEALT WITH THE ONE PERSON, BUT HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THE WEEDS DO GO AWAY. I CAN RELY ON THEM TO SHOW UP QUARTERLY AND THE WEEDS ARE GONE.

OVERALL IT WAS GOOD, WE HAVE IT SO THEY WILL CALL US BEFORE THEY COME OUT. THEIR INVOICING COULD USE SOME HELP THOUGH, IT ISN'T VERY CLEAR. THEY CALLED TO SEE IF WE WERE GOING TO RENEW OUR SERVICE BUT I TALKED TO A SERVICE MANAGER SO NOW THEY ARE CALLING BEFORE THEY COME OUT. THEY FERTILIZED OVER A YARD FULL OF LEAVES, AND THEY ARE NOT LEAVING THEIR INVOICES AT THE DOOR THEY ARE MAILING THE INVOICES NOW PER OUR REQUEST.

I HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK SO FAR. WE NEVER HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK BECAUSE THE WORK THEY DO IS ALWAYS CORRECT. THEY ALWAYS DO WHAT I EXPECT OF THEM.
