TruGreen Lawn Care - 5150

IT WAS A NEW SERVICE. AND IT SEEMS FINE SO FAR. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. THEIR PRICES WERE FAIR AND GOOD. I'M USING A "SO FAR SO GOOD" TECHNIQUE. I REALLY CAN'T SAY ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT THIS COMPANY SINCE THEY ARE NEW TO AREA.

SOMETIMES I DON'T THINK THEY SHOULD SPRAY AFTER IT'S WET OR DURING OR AFTER HEAVY RAIN. IT IS NOT AS EFFECTIVE, BUT THEY STILL COME BACK TO DO THE JOB AGAIN. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY ARE FINE, AND WE HAVE HAD THEM FOR YEARS. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY DO NOT BURN THE LAWN WHEN THEY SPRAY, BUT WE DO NOT SEE THEM DO THE WORK.

HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 8 YEARS. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS ALWAYS VERY GOOD. THEY ARE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE COMING, THEY ALWAYS FOLLOW THROUGH. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY GOOD AT ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE.

PRETTY MUCH BECAUSE THEIR PRICE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE AND THE WEEDS ARE GONE. THE GRASS IS GREEN AND IT IS THICK. I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF CONTACT WITH THE PEOPLE, THEY HAVE AN AUTOMATIC PHONE SCHEDULING SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS YOU TO CONFIRM THE TIME. THEY COME AND DO THEIR WORK AND THAT'S IT. NO PROBLEM WITH THEM.

VERY GOOD. THEY PUT OUT A GOOD PRODUCT AND I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OVERALL. I AM SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID FOR ME. IT WAS A GOOD JOB.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAD A LOT OF CRAB GRASS IN THE YARD, AND HE WANTED THE YARD TO LOOK GREENER. WE CONTINUE TO USE THEM BECAUSE THE LAWN LOOKS BETTER EVERY TIME. THEY LEAVE A DOOR HANGER TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN HERE. MY HUSBAND IS PICKY AND WHEN HE ASKS FOR THINGS, THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND ALWAYS TRY TO PLEASE HIM.

I SWITCHED TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY CONTROL THE WEED GROWTH BETTER THAN MY OLD COMPANY DID. HOWEVER, I STILL HAVE SOME WEED GROWING AND THEY SAY THEY WILL DO A REPEAT APPLICATION IF THERE IS A PROBLEM BUT THEY TRY TO PUT ME OFF BY SAYING "YOU'RE DUE FOR ANOTHER APPLICATION SOON ANYWAYS." BUT THEY ARE NOT GREAT BY A LONG SHOT.

MY LAWN DEFINITELY SHOWS THAT THE WORK IS GREAT. WE HAVE TRIED TO DO OUR OWN LAWN, BUT IT NEVER TURNS OUT AS NICE. THE LAWN IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND GREEN.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME, BUT THEY NEVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONE CALLS. THEY WERE VERY PRICEY FOR WHAT THEY DID. THE EXPERIENCE OVERALL WASN'T VERY POSITIVE. I WOULD NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I THINK THEY WERE OK. THE GOAL WAS TO MAKE OUR YARD LOOK NICE. SOMEONE HAD ALLOWED THE LAWN TO GET ALL BROWNED OUT AND WE WANTED THE LAWN TO BE GREEN. WE ALSO WANTED SOME INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO KEEP THE LAWN GREEN. THEY JUST SAID NOT TO CUT IT TOO OFTEN.

THEY ALWAYS NOTIFY US A DAY AHEAD SO WE CAN KEEP THE ANIMALS IN AND THEY ALWAYS ARRIVE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO. WE DON'T HAVE ANY WEEDS. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY GOOD.

THEIR COMMUNICATION WAS LOUSY, THAT WAS THE MAIN THING. THE WORK WAS GOOD BUT LACKED IN COMMUNICATION WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT AND THE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY DID THE SERVICE.

THE FRONT OF MY LAWN IS KENTUCKY BLUEGRASS AND IT LOOKS LIKE A THICK LUSH LAWN AND THIS IS A SENSITIVE GRASS. THE HEARTY GRASS IN THE BACKYARD IS SUCH HEARTY GRASS FROM GREAT TREATMENT AND WHEN YOU PICK UP THE CLIPPINGS THERE'S NO WEEDS. THEY PUT STUFF DOWN THAT SCARES THE MOLES AND THE FOLKS THAT I'M ZEROING IN ON ARE THE BEST IN THE ROUND. I APPRECIATE THE SMALL BUSINESS FEELING. I APPRECIATE OLD TIME SERVICE.

They have turned our lawn around. They got rid of all the weeds and the spiders. I don't have to worry about doing any of it myself. They also have great customer service.

They are very efficient. Whenever I have any problems they promptly take care of them. They gave me an estimate and it was right on. I would recommend them to family and friends. They are courteous and polite.

They were okay person to person. I was very disappointed in the results of the service. They were very responsive and always on time though.

I'm very happy with Scotts, because I do not have to do the spraying and fertilizing myself. I have over half an acre of just grass and they do a beautiful job. Always a pleasant experience.

I think they are punctual, they do a good job and I am satisfied with them. Overall we use them consistently and have enjoyed there service.

I do think that Scott's Lawn Services does a good job fertilizing the yard, but the sales department is very poor. They have a hard time with getting back to you on the phone when you need information.

They did a good job on the lawn. I was upset with them because I asked them to stop the service since we were moving, but they kept delivering the service. Overall, they are a good company.

Scotts does a great job with my lawn. They are pleasant to work with, and I am really pleased with the quality of the work. They have done an amazing job with my yard. It looks great!

This is my first year with this company. I have not had any problems with them as of yet. They do a good job, and the lawn looks great.

They raised the price on me from the price it was supposed to be. They also did not do all of the things they were supposed to do. They never handled the problem at hand. I would not use them again.

They were very genuine and did what I expected them to do. They also guaranteed their work.
