Description of Work: Used Angie's List magazine to to find plumber. Called and had appointment for next day, they were on time, called when enroute. Eric White did a fine and quick job replacing master shutoff valve for home water supply. He gave me $35 discount quoted in Angie's List ad.

Description of Work: I felt they were very overpriced, I had a electrical switch failed, I called them because I had service agreement, very disappointed with the cost. I paid for the Service Agreement and was never called to renew and in fact I had to call to remind them of my furnace/AC service. The date is above isn't correct, could have been in 2014

Description of Work: Routine servicing of HVAC systems

Description of Work: The came to unclog a shower drain. The plumber went above and beyond to spend over an hour trying to locate the problem and even removed plywood needed to access our water pipes and placed it back when he was done for no charge. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I had sump pump installed and the men who did the work were very respectful and took the time to explain everything they were doing and how the different parts would work, and showed me how to do maintenanc.

Description of Work: Everything went fine. The service man performed the annual checkup of the a/c units. Not too exciting. He was very professional, friendly, informative.

Description of Work: Finally got my kitchen sink unstopped. They couldn't get it using a snake. Had to cut the pipe to the main line and go in that way. They put a piece in the pipe and it is just like new. Excellent work and they are always so nice!

Description of Work: Replaced the igniter switch on my furnace on a Sunday for no additional charge. I do think the prices are a bit high but the service is great.

Description of Work: It has been a long time ago. I do not remember, what I can say is that I kept their card which means I will call them again and had no hesitation to do so.

Description of Work: Two separate experiences: Copper water line leak repair and a sewer drain stoppage. The sewer drain was a good experience. The leak repair being rated was less impressive and I am guessing about the date - the plumber was sloppy with his approach an clean-up. He seemed relatively inexperienced. The primary concern I have is that with a larger company you get the next plumber available and never know if you will get an experienced person or a novice.

Description of Work: Had to replace some pipes to shower and faucett as well. I give them a B grade only because the original quote was increased to include a membership that supposedly guarantees a discount for other service calls as needed. I have yet to use this promised discount.

Description of Work: Major repair in master bgthroom and plumbed for fourth bathroom in lower level of home. Great price for service received.
