Tom came over as scheduled to discuss options with us. He showed us several predesigned packages to choose from. He then took measurements and made some useful suggestions for the location of the master bath, suggesting that we also had room for the walk in closet. The crew showed earlier than the scheduled time and waited in their truck until the time they had arranged to start. They quickly began to tear out the first bathroom. They were very good about putting down cardboard to protect our wood floors and took care to keep dust to a minimum. This was the case throughout the project. In spite of having people go on vacation during our remodel, the crew had someone over to work at least part of almost everyday. On most days there were at least two people here. Early in our project, some of the crew was called upon to help us with some extra work, after their normal working hours were over. We had an unexpected, unrelated plumbing problem in the kitchen and it was fixed quickly.

We scheduled a meeting for an estimate, and nobody showed up. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that the person who was scheduled to make the estimate had been tied up in meetings. Nobody contacted me to cancel, so I waited 3 hours for nothing. Not a good start, so that's where it ended.

They showed up even early then time given (which was o.k. by me). They was in and out in no time and had a clear free drain.

Does a clogged sewer line ever go or end well. No, you might as well expect to get out your check book unless the plumber is related to you. My problem started the weekend before Derby and I was working 10hrs a day. I chose Drexler because of location and there dispatcher said they would be there on Sat without extra charges. Plumber had no luck resolving problem after about three hours of frustration, both of us. Possible MSD problem, three days later MSD says no, Another story for another Time. Call Mr Drexler directly & he promised crew next morning to start diggin & they were there early. By 2pm the hole was filled in, new clean out installed & the *expletive* was flowing. Not enough space here for details, but the timing with Derby week was bad & we had decided to get a cheap hotel for 3 nights, try that on derby week. Drexler plumbing helped out in the emergency, just wished I hadn't wasted time with MSD. Total was for 1 snaking, 1 camera snake, 1 big hole in yard. See pictures.

I used the same guy Eric two times now for this house I am flipping; he gets to work right away and doesn't brake till the job is done.

They did a very good job. They had to come out twice to make sure they replaced the right part. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He stopped the leak and I have not had any problems since. He did show up on time and was very easy to get hold of. They came out the next day after I called them.

We received next day service from this company. The worker did show up on time and he fixed the problem within 30 minutes. We have not had any problems since. We did have another company come out before this one and they did not fix the problem. I was happy with this company and will be calling them again if I need to.

It was freezing outside. Woke up on a weekend and found no running water. Called Tom Drexler plumbing for help as it was an ongoing problem. Although it was the weekend and they were booked up, was still scheduled for a service visit that day. The plumber even showed up earlier and did a complete walk-through of the water lines. There was nothing he could do at the time and was only charged for the service visit and no other fees. He made suggestions on how alleviate the problems and pointed out how the builder had not properly insulated the water pipes. At that point, the plumber was extremely honest that he could not do anything until the pipes were thawed. The plumber was extremely honest and understanding and the cost of his expertise was extremely fair.

Jim was very knowledgeable and courteous.

THEY WERE EASY TO DEAL WITH AND GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THE ONLY THING I HAVE BEEN UNHAPPY WITH SO FAR IS THAT SOME OF THE CAULKING SEALS ARE COMING APART A LITTLE BIT. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID I THINK THE CAULKING SHOULD HAVE LASTED MORE THAN SIX MONTHS. I CALLED TWO DAYS AGO AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE A WEEK TO A WEEK AND HALF BEFORE THEY CAN COME OUT.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. THE THING I LIKED THE MOST WAS THAT THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND IT WAS QUICK. I CALLED THEM ONE AFTERNOON AND THEY WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WERE VERY QUICK. THEY CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY WERE QUICK AND SEEMED TO UNDERSTAND RIGHT WHERE TO LOOK FOR THE PROBLEM.

THEY'RE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THEY USUALLY COME PRETTY QUICKLY. THEY'RE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE NOT TOO CHUMMY BUT JUST ENOUGH. THE PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH BUT ALL PLUMBERS ARE.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. IT TOOK HIM HOURS, THAT WAS NOT GOOD. THE PRICE WAS EXORBITANT. FIRST OF ALL HE HAD TO LEAVE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF TO PICK UP A PART FOR THE SINK, I DON'T KNOW WHY BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT THE SINK AND IT WAS HERE. THE OTHER THINGS DIDN'T TAKE HIM AS LONG HOWEVER, I THINK INEXPERIENCE WAS HIS PROBLEM.

I WOULD RATE THEM AN A OVERALL IN COMPARISON WITH OTHER COMPANIES. I HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY GOOD IN ALL ASPECTS. THEIR SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING, AND I LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY ARE A LOUISVILLE BASED COMPANY. I LIKE TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES WHEN I CAN.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF ESTIMATING AND KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN THEY CAME IN. THEY WERE NOT EXTREMELY FAST, BUT THEY ACCOMPLISHED EVERYTHING IN THE TIME EXPECTED. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. GENERALLY, OVERALL, THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS AFTER THEY LEFT.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED.
