I thought they were overpriced. They came out and they were reliable. I spent about $750. They worked at my rental property. So, I wasn?t around when they did the work. They came out around the holidays and they said that the plumbing store was closed. I asked them to get it from another store. They told me that they could get it only from a particular store. So, they charged me for that store to open and get that water heater there. I didn?t care much for that. I will not use them again in the future.

My wife got an estimate of work and when she told me about it we just canceled. Another plumber fixed the issue for much less than their estimate and their estimate did not even address what ended up being the real problem.

We have used them for many years. They really didn?t live up to our expectations last time. They did not do a good job, and they had a person who was drinking at the time of doing the work. We are upset with the last couple of times we used them. The quality of work they did not meet our standards. I will probably not use them again.

He has good hours and he is very responsive and reliable.

They were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. They took care to make sure the house was clean as they were working.

I'd used this company about one year before, and they gave me good service and a good price when my toilet was clogged (turned out to be a toothpaste tube one of the kids let fall). So I called them a year later when I couldn't change out the works on an old toilet. The price they guy quoted me when he got here was over $150. Price for installation of new toilet was almost twice that. I told the guy it was too high and how much would he charge just to leave the premises. $25.00, he said. He actually seemed embarassed that he was required to charge so much.

He did an outstanding job! He was neat and tidy, and I have nothing but kudos for him. He cleaned up beautifully and took away all the debris.

The material they used on the door was inferior. I couldn't get through to the company for a while, but they came back and replaced it eventually. We went with them because they had the best presentation for the bid. The price wasn't the greatest price, but the quality was worth it.

The guys at Tom Drexler were very professional, and the sales rep was always on top of what was going on. They are very polite and took extra good care of the worksite while they were here. They also accommodated some last minute changes very graciously. I am having some issues with the plumbing after the job was done (which only showed up later), which disappoints me given the very high price of the work. Overall, I'm happy with the job, but do feel I paid quite a bit for it, so deserved that good service!

They came on time and fixed the problem but after couple of days the drain was clogged again. I was not completely satisfied with their service.

Jeremie Schneiders the designer came out and gave me an estimate of my dream bathroom and then we worked to what I could afford. His design and helpful suggestions as to fixtures and tiles turned out beautiful. Scott and Chris, the installers were here every morning promptly and at work at 7:30 a.m. They worked all the time with no goofing off and cleaned as they went. Didn't mind me asking questions even encouraged it, always put tools away and clear paths before left for the day. The work they did is so professional and looks amazing. I highly recommend this company.

The kitchen drain was very clogged up and no matter what I tried to do I couldn't get the drain unclogged. I called the company in the morning and they came out the same day and fixed the problem. No unforeseen problems or costs came up during the time of the work. I also wanted some estimates on some jobs I want to have done and the plumber was very informative and gave me some advice on how to keep the drains from clogging.

Looking back, I was rushed in the decision. Even though the sales rep was young and very professional, I felt later that it was all an act. The toilet installation was fine, but the tub was a nightmare. The job was left unfinished because the workers were called to another job. (they were late in starting as well). Once the tub was in, the glue and chaulk was left for me to clean up. The drain would not work properly and I then found water leaking in to my basement near the electrical box. Twice I had to call someone out to make repairs. I then had to call a third time to get the shower diverter that I had ordered. All in all, it was a very disappointing, frustrating experience.

Was a stubborn clog that took two hours. Works very well now.

He was very clean and very pleasant. I was very pleased with his work. I needed new handles for the tub, and he was able to put those on for me, free of charge. Everything is working well.

The plumbing has been a problem ever since they did their work. Slow draining, poor water pressure to "some of the sinks and toilets" in both houses. Toilets back up constantly. When called back nothing ever got fixed. After 2 years of dealing with these problems, I got estimates from 2 other licensed plumbers. Both told me that they had never seen such a weird way of running the drains from the toilets. They said the drains should have been bigger and not take so many twists and turns in the basement ceiling. The dishwasher in the carriage house was plumbed wrong and the sinks were slow running because of the mess they made soldering the pipes. I chose one of the plumbers to redo the work and, hours later, everything works great! I can't believe I lived with the problems for so long. Drexler gave me all kinds of reasons that it was not their work that was the problem, but MY HOUSE! For goodness sake, the carriage house was brand new!

Service technician replaced the toilet fill valve in first floor bathroom. After spending some time out in his truck (10 min.) presented us with a bill of $246.50. I told him that I thought that this amount was ridiculous for a 20 minute job. He said that his company had recently started a new pricing method. After I had writen a check and the technician had left, I immediately called their office and told Pam, the dispatcher, what my complaint was and that I was a member of Angie's List and that I would be filing a report. She told me that Steve Logsdon, whom I assumed was the head guy, was out of town but that she would have him call me on Monday around 1:00 or 2:00 pm. She said that they would hold my check. About a half hour later, the toilet that had been fixed was making a continual noise after being flushed. I called the office back and they said that they would send the technician back. When he came, he brought my check back. I waited for several weeks for Mr. Logsdon to call me back. Finally, a bill came for $221.50. I again called their office and asked for Pam. I asked why Mr. Logsdon never called me back and she said that he had been out of town a lot lately. When I said that I found that hard to believe, she said that she would call me back. When she called back she said that Mr. Logsdon would give me 30% off of my bill. Mr. Steve Logsdon never did give me the courtesy of speaking to me directly.

The first part of the job went fine, other than that their equipment destroyed portions of our lovely stone wall. They badly patched it up themselves, disassembled and reassembled incorrectly some stone light fixtures. They left a bill without fixing the wall to our satisfaction. Then they replaced our water line. The line was not correctly attached and completely flooded our basement. And left a bill while the water was gushing full-force into our crawl space, through our walls and out every pipe opening it could find. They came relatively promptly to fix the pipe but it took three more days of complaining for them to send in a mold remediation company. I had used Tom Drexler for seven years and was mostly satisfied with their plumbers. I could forgive a couple of mistakes but never their "who cares" attitude when things went wrong. Never again.

We called them one day and told them what was going on and they said they would be there the next day. They were very friendly an would even allow me to help by cleaning up their tools are fetching them from the truck.

He used a pipe auger in the lines to remove the clog. He did have to leave to go get a different auger because the other one wasn't the right one. He seemed very professional, he explained why he had to leave, I understood everything that was going on. It was a very good experience.

The guy who came out was very courteous and informative. He told me that whoever had worked on the sink before just did a bad job and used cheap parts. It was an emergency situation and they came out right away.

Perfect. Charlie and Rob with Tom Drexler Plumbing did a great job. They were there when they said they would be there and were polite and neat. They cleaned whatever area they were working in before leaving each evening. They finished the job ahead of schedule and were available to fix the little annoying things that come up after a job like this is done. They went above and beyond the call of duty to do a great and thorough job without disrupting our lives any more than they had to. All plumbing complete in about a total of 3 days. Returned promptly to install the appliances and hook up the sink while I was at work and you couldn't even tell they had been there except everything was finally functional.

I literally had to call TD out every day for a week to fix problems. After 5 call-backs on 5 separate days, the job was finally finished. The plumbers cut floor joists, leaving my house structurally unsound; lied to both me and the plumbing inspector about the work they had done; cut my water pipes and left several leaks; refused to re-set my fixtures, and when they did, all of them leaked profusely; they left an open sewer pipe in the ceiling of the basement; they tacked mud throughout the house, and left all their trash behind on the floor. I talked to Tom Drexler himself several times about the quality of their work. The plumbing manager, construction manager and sales manager are all very good people. They all helped me get the long list of problems finally corrected. The plumbing manager came out to meet me for the final call back and he made the repairs himself. He also stayed while I had the plumbing inspector re-inspect the work. I had a horrible overall experience with them.

Very excellent. Jim Barnes had all the trouble I would expect with old plumbing but worked hard and got it done in a reasonable amount of time.

Called at 9:00--had a employee here by 10:00. After I received the estimate I called 3 others--none could beat it, so I called these folks back--they had the same guy back out in 10 minutes. Very helpful answering questions and giving advice. Excellent workmanship as well.
