They are very good. We got the extended one-year contract with them to service our hot-water heater. We called them at night, and they were here within an hour or so. It did not take them long to get here to fix our problem. He was very good. We have used them for other things in our house also. They have been very good. I would use them again in the future.

I was very pleased with their work. I will use them in the future.

He was very efficient. He not only fixed it, he checked to make sure everything was clear through the plumbing in the basement. I was very impressed with him.

I have used couple of others in the past and Drexler is the only one that tells you what is going on and they are fair.

I like them. I have no problem with them at all. They are qualified, knowledgeable, professional and clean. They do the job, and they do it quickly. I will use them the next time I need that type of service.

EXCELLENT! Eric was super-personable and knowledgeable. He unclogged my garbage disposal and gave me the know-how to avoid an expensive service call in the future. He also sealed my bathtub faucet for me in a very timely manner. They are punctual and good communicators. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Their arrival time was suppose to be from10;00 am-12noon. Arrived around 1:00. He was very professional. Told me my options and gave me an estimate. Did the work quickly and efficiently. Pleased with the work done. Got a discount with coupon from Angies List.

They are very good. They did excellent work and the price was reasonable. They explained everything they needed to do up front. I was really impressed with them.

I used his service in April. He provides fantastic service. He is very knowledgeable and a nice guy. He is clean which is good. It was a little expensive for the work that he had performed besides that he was good. To be honest I probably would use him again if I had an issue. He does really good work and he is a very nice service man.

Went fairly well but was a long day

They were very professional. The only reason I did not go ahead with them was because I got a quote from someone else which was much lower.

It went very well. They are very quick and responsive and did everything I needed.

They were quick to respond when we called them. They came and tried to do the roto rooter to unclog the pipe. It was too far from the house and it was too dense of an obstruction, so they had to replace the pipe.

John phoned to let me know he was on his way, and once here, looked at the situation then went back to his truck for his tools. On his way back in, he laid a small carpet in front of the entrance door. He explained to me what he was doing and what the outcome - no more leak - would be. He worked steadily and competently, made very little mess and cleaned up his work area after he had finished. This is the second time in approximately two years that I've hired Tom Drexler's Plumbing Company. The job I called them for a couple of years ago was to relocate a faucet on the back of my house so I could attach a garden hose to it more easily, and even though I thought the price was a little high, I hadn't gotten an estimate from anyone else so I had nothing to compare the cost to - all I knew was that moving the faucet to a new location was more convenient for me. This latest call was based totally on name recognition and aggravation because of the drip. I'm pretty sure the plumber did a good job - the drip stopped, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the cost was too high. John told me at first that the cost would be (and I've forgotten the actual amount) over $300.00 but when I told him that was more than I wanted to pay, he said he had looked at the wrong price and that it was $247.69 and that I could use my Angie's List $25,00 coupon to reduce the cost to $222.69. I agreed to that cost but I haven't been happy with it and have been told by people who are not plumbers that I still paid too much. I really don't feel comfortable about changing my mind/opinion about a company, but I can't afford excessive rates and will not be calling Drexler's Plumbing again. I feel sure that there are lots of good plumbing companies In Louisville that charge reasonable rates and I'll select one from Angie's List the next time I need a plumber.

We are extremely dissatisfied with them. We wanted some washers put in the faucets to stop the dripping, and they made them inoperable. They charged us almost $200 to do a fix that would have been cheaper handled just by replacing the unit, but that wasn?t said because it did not make them enough money. We have had terrible luck with them. They are a shyster company. They will try to scam people for anything they can get. We have had numerous visits from them that have all ended up the same. The reason that we even had repeated visits from them was because the first fellow who came here talked us into a one-year coverage deal, and we took it. The deal offered nothing to us; it just gave them an extra several hundred dollars in their pocket. They were fairly good on punctuality. We would not use them in the future, and we hope that nobody else uses them either. We would not recommend them to anybody.

They did their job well. They were very responsive and helpful. Their price was average. They were punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future.

Called for specific problem . Service man repeatedly gave high estimate, contacted superior, each time I declined, finally settled on reasonable price. Work was satisfactory. This occurred on each of 3 calls. Cannot be trusted.

They came out when I called them. They gave me a price before they did the job so that there wasn?t any increase just in case. They were very clean and did what they said they were going to do and I am very pleased with their work. I have used their services several times. I have never used a different plumber and so, I don?t know about their price.

Greg came out and explained the process and gave me a quote. I gave him a 50% deposit and he measured and ordered my tub liners. They came about 3 weeks later as he had told me that they would. They called and scheduled a day and time to install them and they arrived promptly. Two men installed the liners with no problems whatsoever. My bathtubs look brand new and fit perfectly. I paid the balance upon completion.

They were very good. It was a new electric hot water heater and they had never seen it before. It is an energy efficient heater. It is like a refrigeration system that heats the water or a refrigerator running reverse. It picks the heat out of the air and puts it in the water. The guys did the job very well. Their cleanup was fine. I actually helped them with some of the work myself since they were very scared about the water heater. It was a new product and it had come out of the market a few months before. So it?s not their fault. Tom Drexler is great. He cleaned up everything himself and it was fine. The price was expensive. I think they overcharged me because they were scared. I think it was a $300 job, but they charged me $600. They were the only ones that came out and they also came out when they were supposed to.

They were very punctual. They were here on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were very professional and did what they said they were going to do. The tile and shower work was exceptional. Our interaction with them was great. However, their price was a little high.

I was really happy with their service. I had to call them on a weekend and they were very prompt at coming out. I was really happy with their services. I thought their price was comparable.

My main water line in my crawl space begin to leak badly. I was concerned that it was a broken valve or pipe. I called them on Sunday and they explained up front that it would cost $45.00 for them to just come out and assess the situation. They came out within the hour. The service person went under my crawl space and told me it was a loose nut that needed tightening. He went ahead and completed the service and didn't charge me anything additional.

They were easy to work with and were prompt when they showed up. They gave me their opinion on something and delivered on what I asked for. They did not press for unnecessary work to be done.

They charged me $4500. It was very misleading that they told me that they were 30 to 50% less than others and they were $2000 above the actual price. I would not recommend them. He took way too long to do the job, and I guess he was trying to figure how to cheat me. I got all the estimate within 45 minutes and this guy took 2 hours. He told me that he needed to do a computer estimate. Their add was misleading. I would never use them again.
