Tom Drelexer in my opinion they are professional, responsive, but when it came to fixing my problem they did not send out a person that I believe had enough experience with my problem. In four trips to my house I still had a problem after having my sewer lines snaked, also taking up the toilet running a snake through that line the problem still existed. On the first trip I showed the plumber where a clean out was but it had to be dug up I own a old house and sections of the sewer lines are old clay pipe. Once digging up to the old clean out the plumber suggested that we needed a clean out installed because the pipe had separated from a boot that connected the old clay and pvc pipe. We decided to have the clean out installed and thinking this would help our problem since there was something in the sewer line still. After the install of the clean out the problem was still there, on trip three about a week after the same plumber came out tried to run a camera to find out what was in the line but his camera was not working. Trip number 4 same plumber and new camera he could not get the camera through the line but only 4 feet. I suggested that whatever the blocking the line it was on the inside because the downstairs toilet continued to flush slow and the sewage was still coming in the basement. After going down in the basement and inspecting the problem the plumber made a phone call to his boss. It was determined that we need to have pipe replaced that in the basement connecting to the outside sewer line. This meant drilling through concrete to get to a pipe that connects the outside to inside sewer line where the new clean out was installed. This would run an additional $2400 to have this completed. At this point I was very skeptical because the installation of the clean out was suppose to fix the problem. Not wanting to spend more money I called in another plumber for a second opinion. I told him the full story he went downstairs inspected the lines , looked at the first floor toilet, check the flow of water coming through the clean out. He determine the problem was on the inside so he went to work dismantling the lines from the inside so he could clean out the line. Once the line was cleaned out the toilet started working like normal. The total time was 45 minutes the total price was $50 and problem has not come back after a month. So that is $2350 dollars savings. I would not ever suggest Tom Drelexer to anyone for work after what happened I think they need to look closer at who they send out to a job.

Bradley was prompt in his response and cleaned up after himself. He wore booties while he was inside so I didn't have to mop the floor after him. He was very helpful in explaining the best way to handle a problem with the sewer line so that I won't have to pay for it. I will definitely use Drexlers again.

The service man (Scott) arrived at the appointed time and gave me the total price. It was on the high range of my budgeted amount but acceptable. He started working but discovered that he needed a part and the supply company was closed (Saturday). He returned promptly on Monday morning at 10 and got to work. He encountered multiple problems (lead pipe that had to be replaced, faucet and handle on tub placed too close, etc.). He finished work close to 7. He told me there was a small drip in the tub that he thought would seal itself. I called them back about 6 days later and said it was still dripping and he came back and fixed it. The service was great. I am one happy camper and intend to use them in the future.

They came out to evaluate a toilet that leaked after flushing. It's a very old toilet and we were provided an estimate on the cost of replacing the necessary parts or simply replacing the whole toilet. The gentleman was prompt and professional and left an estimate with us. He recommended replacing the entire toilet as the cost of replacing the parts was not worthwhile. The estimate was somewhat high. The overall experience was good but we ultimately went with a less expensive alternative.

Tom did not show up for my scheduled time to come evaluate what needed to be done. I do not live in the property that I needed to have work done and drove an hour and a half to sit and wait for two hours and he never showed up or called.

Absolutely no problems at all. An extremely prompt and efficient service. Kieran quoted $3500 for the worst case scenario and came in at just under $3200. He was extremely polite and perceptive of needs. He gave a 2-3 day timeline and finished the work in 2 days; always cleaning up behind him and leaving the work area immaculate. He took me step by step through the work as he did it and made it very easy to understand the problem and what needed to be done to put it right. What could have been a traumatic repair job became one without problems. Thanks to Kieran's efficiency and professionalism.

I am buying a new home and needed a full home inspection. The plumber took his time and did a very good job. Following the inspection he reviewed all of the findings and explained the different ways that we could save money with his company or on my own. He reviewed potential and existing problems and concerns. In the end the prices given were a bit higher than the competition but I was left with a good sense that you get what you pay for. If you're looking for quality service and expertise this is your place.

They do excellent work. They were fine. They came on time, they got the work done and cleaned up after them.

They did a great job with unclogging the drain. They used a camera to check the drain clogging to see if the clogging was worse. They game me an estimate on some other work that was not needed. It felt that they might have been trying to do extra work that was not necessary. They made some follow up calls for the work that were not necessary.

Tom Drexler plumbing was excellent. Everything was great. They were on time, the price was reasonable. They were thorough and everything, I was happy with. Service and clean-up was fine. They would be the only plumbers we use again.

They fixed the problem, and the service was fine. They tried to sell me a bunch of warranty program garbage that I didn’t want. It was an irritation. I wasn’t real happy with the price, but I have got water pouring into my crawlspace so I know they have a lot of time to get estimates. I thought they were very expensive. The young man who came out was very nice and did a nice job of having it fixed.
