Timothy our plumber was on time. Had our job done in less than an hour. Very professional.

Tim was very professional and worked efficiently. He was a very nice guy. We would definitely have him back again for any other plumbing repairs. I highly recommend his services.

The technician, Hank, was awesome, on time and professional. All work was completed in 15 minutes.

Timothy Newborn was the technician assigned to our job. He was very professional, considerate and thorough in his work. He completed he job with the least amount of disruption to our household, choosing to go through an attic floor rather than cutting into the kitchen ceiling to detect the leak and complete the repair. We highly recommend Tom Drexler Plumbing. They put the customer first!

Never showed twice for water heater estimate. Pricing 4 times higher than other estimates on flooring job, almost twice as high on bath remodel. But salesman was very professional and courteous and prompt and gave detailed job description.

Great! It is a small bathroom n a 1940s house but Mike Clark and team made me feel it was the most important job ever! I love it!! The quality of work was A+. Plaster walls had to be repaired, drain pipes replaced,electrical outlet moved and new tile floors in addition to new toilet and tub placement were a part of the remode. I will definitely use Tom Drexler again.

The work was done to unclog a couple of drains, and the drains have been fine since.

Awful, they cancelled my appointment a few hours before the window they gave me. Then had the audacity to tell me I could pay extra to be on the "on call" list for someone to come out. I would never recommend this company.

They fixed it. It had frozen. They had to take the part out and weld in a new part. They might be just a little high. It's hard to tell unless you get bids and if you have a broken pipe, you don't call around and get bids.

I had called to get the AC tuneup and was told it would take 2 weeks to get it done. The day of my appt I had a 4 hour window and they called during that window to tell me they couldn't make it and I would have to reschedule for next week at the earliest.

I scheduled this afternoon at home in order to meet plumber. On the day of scheduled service (today), Tom Drexler Plumbing called and cancelled my appointment. They did offer to reschedule my appointment, but for another afternoon in a few days (when I am scheduled out of State). Rescheduling my appointment for the next day (tomorrow), however, was not offered by Drexler (they would schedule, but wouldn't guarantee that they would be able to make the appointment either). I can't recommend this contractor to any customer who values a schedule, appointments, or has responsibilities outside of their house.

They were fine. Everyone around here seems to charge the same thing. It was done well. The responsiveness is great. They were right with it. They don't make you feel like a dummy if you don't know something. The workers were very professional. He took time to explain things. He was very good.

I set an appointment with them took a day off work, they told me they would be here Thursday between 8-12 in the morning. I have been sitting here waiting not hearing from them all day, I finally call them to double check the lady on the phone tells me that they tried to call me this morning to reschedule, and yes I did indeed receive a phone call this morning but never made contact with the person because the call dropped, the lady at Tom Drexlers Plumbing told me that I hung up on them which was not the case! So instead of trying to call me back or leaving a voice mail they just left me hanging here all day and burning a personal day from my work. After she told me I hung on them she appeared a little short with me and as I was explaining the situation to her she rudely placed me on hold for a long period of time! I hung up and went else where. Apparently Tom Drexler does not need my business! Very Unprofessional!!

He brought a cool new one and it works great.

The first visit for the hot water heater went extremely well. And later when there was a problem with the pop off valve malfunctioned the same plumber came and replaced it at no cost-still under warranty. Was very pleased with this service. However with the kitchen faucet there was a different plumber who stated that it would be not good to just repair the drip and replaced the whole faucet at a cost of over $1000 dollars. Have had this problem before with faucet and another company repaired it at much lower cost and worked fine for years. Had had new sink and faucet installed with new sink and this was the first time there was a problem with this one. Although the present faucet works well- no leaks - felt that the cost was too high and would not use them again for this service.

The problem eventually cleared itself--possibly whatever was clogging worked itself free but the men stayed until everything was running clear. During this time they checked everything that could causing the problem

They seem trustworthy. They're thorough. It was buy one, get one free.

Okay ...very expensive even though I had a maintenance Plan. I will not be calling back. Another note, when I did have a maintenance plan I had to call them to renew ...I did not renew

Responsiveness is, yeah, pretty good. They're very professional. To improve Tom Drexler Plumbing Air & Electric's service for me, they should lower their prices.

We have been very satisfied. I thought that their drywall work was not top grade.

They did the work fine-and then told us we had horrible pipes that needs to be replaced. We were new (first time) homeowners with an older home in the country. They sold us on a plan where they replaced all the pipes from the house to the sceptic tank. Was told that it was at a discounted rate since we already had them come out for us once. if we had any more problems within the next 6 months with any clogs in the pipes they would come out and fix for free. We would also have discounted rates from them for life. A month later we had problems again. Long story short they would not honor their promise. Called Dauenhauerr plumbing to come and fix. They fixed within an hour. They documented for me what pipe the clog was in so I could call drexler to try to pay the bill since I had this agreement with them. Dauenhauser also told me they would have done it (replacing the pipes) for about 1/2 the price and would have used larger diameter pipes. I called Drexler many times trying to get this paid-or some money back due to their not complying with their promise. All to no avail. They are the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with.

Not great. I'd used them before and had been satisfied. However, another contractor saw the estimate and informed me that the price was about $2000 over what the going rate would be with other plumbers. I've tried to reach out to Drexler to dispute the bill, but I have not been called back after multiple attempts.
