Nathan has always been amazing to work with. He has helped me with a refinance, my mom with a purchase, and my brother with two purchases over the last several years. There is no one else I'd ever use, not even if they were free... Because Nathan always gets its right. He's professional, intelligent, and can help you with just about any mortgage question. If he doesn't know the answer he'll find it for you. I recently used him for a consultation on a purchase and while we haven't decided on a home to buy, he'll be my mortgage man when the time comes!

Very knowledgable and easy to work with. Nathan is very quick to respond and maintains good communication between all parties involved. He offered me different options with detailed breakdowns of each one and helped me choose the right one for me.

Through his efforts, I lowered my mortgage interest rate to below 3%; reduce by a half-year the term of the mortgage; paid off a home equity mortgage; enabled a cash out situation that pays for a new roof; and, kept the monthly mortgage payment to what I had previously paying every month. Additionally, throughout the process, he was totally up front and honest in every matter, and always available for consultation.

The application process was completed through email which was really good for me. He called me to let me know I was approved and what my options were. He was informative but not pushy. He emailed me a list of things he would need such as copies of id or documents, which I was able to submit through email. He kept me updated on the process and was extremely responsive with communication. Within about 4 weeks he sent someone to our home to complete the paperwork with us. I cannot imagine a smoother process.

Our experience with Nathan was great! I've heard so many horror stories when it comes to buying a house/dealing with lending companies. We were pleasantly surprised to go through our situation with ease and Nathan contributed to that process full force.
