Description of Work: Replaced the rollers on the garage door. Things went as expected. I was expecting more in the service but I can't blame them for not doing the research ahead of time. The door is quieter which is what I wanted.

Description of Work: The garage door received new QUIET rollers. The garage door opener/motor had to be replaced (not part of the original price), but I knew that was a possibility. New mounted outside door remote was replaced. The new car remotes do not work as well as the previous ones because the angle has to be more exact. All in all a good experience.

Description of Work: In addition to the basic service offered for $99, I requested replacement of the two devices on either side of the lower portion of the garage door that create an electric eye preventing the door from lowering if an obstacle is in the way. The new devices work well. When the service provider left, I found that the door wouldn't lower properly when I activated it, and I called his cell phone. He immediately returned and made a final adjustment. The door has worked fine since then.

Arrived on time, completed work promptly. | |Cost was quite a bit higher than I was expecting, but it seems to be quality work and the lifetime warranty should make it worth it.
