Description of Work: Was given several projects to do. At my townhouse he put a complete roof on, aluminum wrap on replaced windows and three large patio doors around four years ago. Installation was delayed multiple times. He changed manufacturing companies on my large patio doors and now believe they were of lesser quality than originally specified. They now leak air in around frame joints and water into the lower floor ceiling drywall. He replaced my roof at the same time and it is now currently leaking - ruining my wooden vaulted ceiling. At my personal home in Feb. 2012, he replaced roofing and repairs. He had installed that roof in 2008 and a tree limb that damaged it in February. Other work including interior wet drywall replace / repaired. Total price was approximately $13,000. Projects work totaled no more than a couple weeks worth of work - if that! They ruined the interior of many large living areas to with job dirt and drywall dust. Very minimal covers were place over furniture and floors. Drywall mud was all over expensive wallpaper and fresh painted walls. Very sloppy work. Did not accept first drywall repairs and he finally hired a professional to repair correctly after I Spent $500.00 for attorney. My home was not occupy able from Feb. to July 2012! This was a job that really should have been completed in a couple weeks! Multiple leaks occurred in my home during this time and he did replace the new shingle roof with rolled rubber. Problems did occurred from that too. I had to fire one of his employees from my job as he was creating more problems than solved. I could go on but I think you get the message. Be prepared when you deal with Mr. Dunn's businesses!
