My experience with your company (scheduled appointments 13 Sept and 16 Sept 2021) is the worst of dealing with any business in my 74 years! SUMMARY: Tech did not show up on 13 Sept even though he had both of my phone numbers and he called me twice. I called him six times on his cell and he did not answer. Tech did not show up again for the 16 Sept appointment. I spent over four hours “on hold” waiting to talk to your office to find out where he was, why he did not show up, and to file complaints. (Case number 06567971 and Case 064785434). In my well over a dozen conversations with your representatives, including the Consumer Affairs Department, I have asked for the address of the company’s President and Headquarters so I could write them directly. Every person I spoke to said the same thing…”we don’t have that information” (i.e. the address)…why not unless they have something to hide from senior management? Why are they keeping the address from the public? I have not been contacted by anyone from the company to address my complaint. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tech that did not show up on date of the first appointment...he called said he was on the way....called again to check my unit number....I called him six times,,,he did not answer his phone....he says the place he went ...the person said she had not called for appointment....so he just went home...don't bother to call me...even though he had called me twice....why didn't he call me? He was only a few blocks from where I live.....I called him six times and he did not answer. I filed two complaints...Case number 06567971 and Case 064785434.....A new date was set...and I requested a new person....your dispatch office ignored my request and reassigned him for the new appointment...Again after staying at home all afternoon... I received a call at 3 pm from a very unprofessional and unfriendly woman telling me that he had cancelled my appointment because I had requested someone else. I spent two afternoons waiting for your tech who never showed up and I spent over four hours “on hold” before I could report this disastrous case and the incredible misconduct of your tech. No one has called from your company to apologize for what I had to endure.
