First, let me say that the 1 technician that was sent was a really nice and personable guy. However, the work was not what I expected, and I suppose this may be a case in you get what you pay for in service. In an effort to make the job go a little quicker and smoother, I started removing the air vents before the technician arrived. It's a good thing I did because he only had a screw driver with him. He said he appreciated the fact I started removing them. I may have left 5 or 6 out of the 14 vents for him to remove. He explained that he would be running the hose with a brush attached at the end through each vent and the sanitizing it with a chemical that kills germs and dust mites. He mentioned using a fogger which I thought to mean something would be sprayed into the duct work. I thought that would happen anyway from talking with other duct cleaning services while shopping around. Like I mentioned, he was nice but when he arrived at the door did not have any shoe coverings for walking in the house which I thought would be nice as many companies do that now. I let that go, but disappointed the courtesy was not extended. I noticed that after he had run the hose/brush down the first couple of vents that he was wiping the duct out as far as he could get with what appeared to be a damp rag. I asked about the fogger or the sanitizer as I had not seen him spray or otherwise apply anything. He told me the sanitizer was on the rag he was using to wipe each vent out, and the furnace would pull the air through the ductwork sanitizing it. I could noticeably smell what I assume was sanitizer, but this just did not seem right to me so I called the company while he was working. The scheduler (very kind and professional young lady) who initially set the appointment up referred me to the manager (also very patient and understanding). The manager told me that he himself used a spray bottle usually to apply the sanitizer down the ductwork (which was still not up to what I expected as I thought the entire ducts would be coated). He said he would call the guy working at my house to have him do it. This was a bit awkward because I felt like I was causing the tech problems. The manager assured me that was not the case, but that he would just tell him to use a sprayer. I heard the phone call come in to the technician and I heard the technician tell who I assumed was the manager that he did not have a spray bottle with him. When he got off the phone, he told me he was using a rag because it might be too strong if he sprayed it and might rust the ductwork (which I understand would not happen with the kind of metal ductwork is made from). He asked me if I had a spray bottle and I responded I did not and to just keep doing what he was doing. At this point, I just wanted to get the job done because I had other things to take care of this day and was a bit annoyed. I had to put some of my vents back in place which I did not mind, because they were a bit awkward and unique to this house, but the whole experience was a bit disappointing and unprofessional. He lost one of the screws to one of the vents because he admittedly must have dropped one down the cold return vent. I found another one in a toolbox of mine to use and screwed it back myself. He had to ask me to use my power driver to finish one screw he was having a hard time with in my basement, because as I mentioned, he only had a screwdriver on him. Not any one thing I have mentioned would have been such a big deal (other than the sanitizer) if not for the overall experience and the little things started to add up. I still had to vacuum up clumps of hair in the ducts he had just wiped out and cleaned with his machine. I would have thought that hose he was using would have sucked everything bit of fiber even from the point the of the vent. I suppose that might be a bit too picky, but overall I cannot say I would go with this company again based on this experience.

They did a good job.  I had a thing that couldn't come out so they cut it out put in a new laid carpet in the area, they did good on that. The price is fairly cheap and they were here on time.

On our first house when up put it up for sale a year ago we had them come out to clean and stretch our carpets.  Our carpets looked brand new once they finished.  We liked the job so much that when we bought our new house a year later we decided to use them again.  We called and got a quote which is what they ended up charging us.  This time though we had problems with our appointment.  When they didn't show up at the scheduled time we called them and they said they had tried to reach us several times the day before but we did not have any missing messages from them.  The guy said he was double booked and that he could not make is his morning appointment.  The 9:00am appointment ended up being at 1:00pm.  When he came he cleaned and sanitized the carpets and did a good job and was done quickly.

They use a scrubber instead of a steam cleaner. Seems to have work well. Got out all stains.

Paid for installation for new padding, carpet and tile services as well as cleaning carpet and furniture. The padding was not installed and all work was shoddy installation and pieced together horribly. The tile services was thrown in registers. Contractor would not return calls and his business address is returning undeliverable to the Attorney General as well as BBB in Louisville, KY. However, his answering service is stil calling as if he's in business. Additionally, the carpet cleaning is nothing but lighter fluid and it will ruin furniture. This man appears to be trustworthy, but his integrity, word and services are a scam. Richard Edlin is the owner and who I paid and contracted to do work. I have pictures if anyone would like to view. Every word out this owner's mouth was a lie. Did not finish the job.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH. THERE WERE SOME STAINS ON OUR CARPET THAT I DID NOT THINK COULD POSSIBLY COME OUT AND THEY GOT THEM OUT. HE ALSO GAVE ME SOME TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP OUR CARPET CLEAN. THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION ABOUT WHAT WEEKEND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME BUT THEY CAME THE NEXT WEEKEND AND WERE FINE.

THE CARPET TURNED OUT FINE AND THEY DID EVERYTHING I ASKED THEM TO DO. THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE CLEAN AND THEY WERE POLITE. THEY FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS.
