It's excellent across the board. When it came to purchasing the system, they were the most responsive. The maintenance that they performed on my system has been superb. Their technician, Josh, has been my technician and he's outstanding in all respect. They're hands down the best.

Work was performed well. AN Roth put in our system 5 years ago and I have had a maintenance contract with them ever since. I trust them and they haven't let me down. I usually stay with the tech while he works, asking questions and getting tips about care for our HVAC systems, and this seems to be no problem. The cost does seem a little high, but my system is a hybrid heat pump/gas furnace model so I'm taking no chances with it. I have had several different techs from Roth here over the years, and all of them have been very knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly.

Great at a reasonable price.

Always on time, efficient. Work is always above par. Over the past 35 years have never been dissatisfied.

It went great, they r punctual and when the person gets here, he goes right to work, after covering his shoes and bringing in equipment. He always cleans up and very conscious of the surroundings. Extremely polite, explains problems, if there is, tells me cost to fix problem.

It was free. I have a service plan. Their knowledge and price stand out the most to me. Sometimes, scheduling can be a bit of a challenge because they're busy. It takes longer sometimes than I would like to get in.

Service went well, very professional courteous and prompt. Mark up on parts used with excessive ($179 for a part that cost less than $30 on Amazon)

The service was okay. It worked out just fine. They came out within a week after I purchased the Big Deal and there was another charge on top of the $49 Big Deal purchase price because I asked them to do a cleaning of the working part of the system. Everything was fine. They were professional and easy to work with. I had no problems with them. I thought they were great. The price was fine and the quality of the service was good. I might use them again in the future.

Simply put, Richard solved the problem and at considerably less expense and disruption. He determined that I was getting only about 50% airflow to those two rooms and solved the problem by adding larger duct work. Duh! It is so warm now that I've turned back the thermostat. I can't wait to try the A/C. I should file a bad review on the contractor who did the remodel and on my former HVAC company for the years I was uncomfortable in my home.

AN Roth Company came out to do our furnace. They show up on time which is good. They are really respectful of our property. They don’t wear their shoes in the house and they wear shoe covers which is what we prefer. They explained what they were doing and gave good report. They were competitive.

They were prompt. He gave me a price upfront. They had to locate the part because it was an older unit; they had located it and fixed it the same day. I would most definitely use them again.

Called the company when the furnace stopped worked. They came out in just a few hours, cleaned the furnace, and replaced a bad sensor. I got a coupon off Angie's list and saved a little money on the service call. Got an email with lots of details about what was done when the service man left, which was really cool. They mentioned that my exhaust pipe on the furnace needed to be replaced, so I emailed back for a quote. During the night, the furnace stopped working again. Called them the next morning and they were here again in a few hours. The repairman said that a relay had gone bad on the main board. He suspected that might have been a problem the previous day, but since replacing the sensor made the furnace start working again, it was better to not replace the board considering how much it cost (almost $300). However, we did have to replace the board that second day. They didn't charge us for the service call / diagnostic fee, only what was needed to replace the board. They also replaced the exhaust pipe for just a few bucks. All in all, I'm very pleased with the service.

The technician who helped us was very friendly and didn't mind me following along to learn what I could about the system. He checked out (and promptly fixed) a small issue with the humidifier, explained what I needed to do to operate and maintain my HVAC system, and checked it for any issues. I signed on for an annual service plan with them to cover both spring and fall inspections at a reasonable rate. Will be sticking with them!

I’ve used them for years. I have a contract with them to service my unit and a rental unit twice a year, and the annual contract is $260 for both units. They are just exceptional. They have an engineer who really looks at the air flow and recommends whatever is needed. I had an old house once and they put in duct work for me and they were just superb. It’s a superb company.

We dealt with Richard Roth who owns the company I think. Very straight-forward and full of information about how we could do better. After seeing the house he suggested fillng in the cellar windows (because we never go down there). We hadn't thought of that. Our house is old but I was very surprised to see that we had NO insulation in our walls. Zero. Our upstairs gets real hot and uncomfortable. AN Roth removed our wood siding and drilled in to the wall from the outside, about one hole every two feet all the way around the house, upstairs and downstairs. It was LOUD and it smelled like burnt wood, but I guess that's to be expected. They were very careful to remove our ORIGINAL clapboard siding (dates back to 1915) without breaking it. They cleaned up around the house very well and when they were done there was no trace - except the upstairs feels great and we had a lower AC bill! They also said we get a tax credit but i don't know how much.

Richard tested our home for efficiency, recommended we re-insulate to the roof deck using spray foam. He recommended a few providers, we got estimates, chose Louisville Spray Foam, and had them apply the foam. Afterwards, Richard's crew installed a new well sealed and calibrated ductwork system for all floors. Their team was thorough and clean. Richard submited our efforts to make our home more energy efficient to a Kentucky state program. We will recieve some rebates....we were not aware of this program at the outset, but Richard told us about it. These guys are great, highly recommended.

They are wonderful. I have a special air system called an Air Boss and they are the only ones that service it. The air conditioner works great. Because they are the only ones that do this, they all have it in their houses too. They come out and take care of me and I have no problems with them. They are a little pricey but they do all the work right the first time.

They were unique and did a blower door examination to tie all the interior duct work and sealed all the joints with special sealing that lasts for a long time. I can see the difference now. I do not have much dust and no much noise. They specialize in older homes. It was always hot upstairs and I did not want to use a window AC. They did a very good job and it took about 5 days. They finished the work within the time frame they gave. I am very happy with them.

Very smooth. When we had the furnace cleaned this fall we knew it needed some work. Being almost 12 years old, we decided to replace it. The old furnace had been installed in such a way that changing filters was difficult. Richard Roth, one of the younger generation they really are a family business), re-designed the ductwork so that changing the furnace will be much easier. No one else even thought of that solution. Richard also made some suggestions for the insulation job, including helping to close off and prevent moisture in the basement. That part of the job cost about $400 and Richard was very upfront about telling me that it would only solve about 80% of the problem. However, I had had a basement contractor bid almost $3,000 to do similar work that would have solved 95% of the problem. Needless to say, I liked the $400 option a whole lot better. They were careful to put drop cloths everywhere they were walking and left the place spotless.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. THE OFFICE AND THE FIELD STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. THEY DO GOOD ORK AND STAND BY THEIR WORK. I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO A LOT OF MY FRIENDS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE TELL ME THAT THEY WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY GOT. I BELIEVE THEIR PRICES ARE VERY COMPARABLE TO OTHER COMPANIES.
