They do a monthly maintenance. I am like on a contract with them. They are fine. They do a good job. The lawn is green. They are doing what they are supposed to do. When they come they leave the card so that I know that they have been there, what they have done and what they put on the lawn, as well as instructions on when to get back on it and when to mow, etc.

Fast work, cut down on weeds drastically.

They have perform as advertised, the lawn is in good condition; they were on time and they do what they said they will going to do but I think they are a little pricey.

alled on After a year of dealing with this group I finally terminated their service. They would never come to treat on the days they set to provide service. In 2012 they failed to come after making an appointment to treat so I called to cancel service only to have manager call and tell me they had turn over and a new GM coming to run branch from Cinn, OH. Agreed to treat lawn at no charge if I would give them another chance. Well it took less than one year and it started all over again. They called on 6/18 to say they were going to treat; finally on 6/25 I had to call the toll # and found out they had forgot to treat and the lady said they would get to it in the next week! NOT! Do not use this firm. They are not local and you will never speak to the same person twice; even management.

I use them about 7 times a year. They are very good. What they do to my yard seems to be effective. I appreciate the appearance of my home. The yard always looks nice.

They seem professional and they have a good product.

They mowed by grass the week that I called. The mulching and shrubwork was done a few weeks later. About twice monthly, they came out to mow the grass. In peak summer, sometimes they didn't mow at all for a month due to dry conditions, which was good. I was only charged for services after they were done, receiving a bill on my door. Eventually, I asked for an email instead for my records. This was honored, and has worked out well. I would use this service again.

My lawn is much improved since starting with TruGreen. I do not have to call them to come out, they come when it is time for my lawn to be treated. They call in advance to let us know they are coming, they leave a bill and receipt on the door, and put a stake in the yard to inform you to keep animals off the yard. I will continue to use their services.

I am very satisfied with them. Their price is very reasonable. They always give me reminder calls that I ask for if I ask for a callback. I have been very happy with them more than other companies in town that I have tried.

They're okay. All they do is fertilize. They also treat for grub control. They set up seven times they come...and they do have communication with me, but they just sometimes come and I wonder why. My grass looks worse than before they come. They are the only lawn service I've ever used. I like when they treat and it looks pretty in the spring. They listen to you.

The job was fine. No issues to report.

I don't have any other providers to compare prices to. We live far out in the country, and don't really have a lot of choices. I wasn't sure if I would use them, but they sent a new technician. I will give them a try. So far it's been an A. I will continue with them, and see what happens.

They do great. They come when they say they're going to. Last year I had 90% weeds and now I have 90% grass. My yard looks great. They get A's all the way down.

We have been using them for awhile. I wish the price was a little less but I would use them again.

They do an okay job. I fired them last year and they asked for my business again. I told them I would give them one more chance.

They would come out to keep the weeds and stuff like that. I don't know what their program was. They have different lawn treatments that they do. There are different programmes that one can buy, like the treatment for rose, the weeds repression, fertilizing and treating in the fall. I am pretty sure I never really understood it for a very long and I wasn't thrilled with the application process. It seemed like they were kind of real fast with their job. I didn't know if they carried out everything. There were still weeds in the backyard and the backyard is small and it looked okay. We didn't have them last year, as we discontinued in 2010. It was $45 a treatment. I really didn't know when they were coming and I had asked them to notify me because I didn't want to leave the cat outside when they were spraying. They put a sticker around the front yard when they had half sprayed; at that point it was too late as the cat was outside. It wasn't that harmful chemical, he runs away when he sees them. I didn't what it to be exposed to the chemicals and I didn't want the kids to go out, so I wanted them to notify me. I am not thrilled with the idea of the chemicals in the lawn, soaking through the water cable. I had to discontinue using them. I cannot comment about their punctuality because I never knew when they were coming.

It really helped our grass. I had a line of about 20 flowers in my front lawn and they sprayed them and killed them. They denied spraying them. We ended up dropping them. They did do a good job but they killed my flowers. I would use them again in the future but I would stand outside to make sure that they did not spray my flowers.

I will use them again in the future.

I have not notice any change in my yard since using them, it is still patchy and has crab grass.

I did it like half, because I don’t get my backyard done. That’s what happened with the other lawn service, he would never do it, because I wasn’t home the day they come and the gate would be locked. These people are really nice, they give me half the price, and they do the front and sides up to the gate. I am thinking its $36 a treatment. They are reasonably priced and the lawn looks better. I had to re treat for the grubs and they do a good job. I will use them again in the future.

Estimate went well each year that I renewed my service for lawn care Front lawn looked fantastic every year (last year it started to look puny) Backyard has always looked pathetic - I think the backyard was never actually serviced with exception of peony being killed. Although I paid with credit card for entire year to receive a discounted price, I was constantly called to add this or add that to the current agreed upon lawn care. A few times, there was duplication of service - to which it took forever to be resolved. Often I received a bill in the mail even though I'd paid in advance. When I called to resolve that it had been paid in advance, it was a time consuming process to resolve the charge. It was eventually completed, but took time and many follow-up calls. Weeds were NOT killed (back yard), even with request to come back and reapply the weed killer. When they did finally come back, they killed my peony - (what's up with that... not knowing the difference between a poke weed and peony?) At that time, I told them I was done with their company and did my own poke weed eradication. Never knew when the next appointment would take place - guessing game Most of the time, signs were placed when the lawn was serviced along with a statement of the supposed treatment The individual applying the supposed treatment was careful to close gates when leaving I am most disappointed with the change in service and lack of professionalism when calling to resolve a simple issue that took place sometime Fall 2011 (they had supposedly placed me on hold, which they did not, then proceeded to talk badly about me which I clearly heard and when I called them on that behavior the individual started to holler at me and then hung up), and because of that, I decided to change my lawn care provider - who needs that grief?

Their customer service is great and they are very user friendly. I have two homes that I use them for and they do a great job about servicing them and keeping the payments separate. Even though they are a very a large company, they still have a very warm appeal.

Their service is great and their technicians always leave me a note. They just started a service where they call to let you know they are coming out which is great because then I know when to put up my dogs. I will use them again in the future.

In '09 I paid in advance (for a discount) for full season's treatment of fertilizer + weed killer and grub killer. I separately contracted for aeration and overseeding as well as perimeter insect blocker. As the lawn was in pretty poor shape, the results of the program were not bad. In '09, I recall that we had ample rain. The overseeding went particularly well - lots of new growth. '10 was a difficult hot/dry year. Same treatment plan as '09. By October '10 the lawn was a real mess (lots of dead grass). The aeration and overseeding was a failure in that it was attempted when the ground was rock hard (August, I believe), I'd estimate only about a dozen full-sized plugs were pulled (vs hundreds in '09). The overseeding had no chance. The grub killer was applied too early in the season (in my opinion) and the dead grass in October showed evidence of infestation. The biggest problem was that the weed killer failed miserably to kill the broadleaf weeds in the lawn. In November '10 I cancelled the service. A Trugreen manager called and asked for another chance and promised that Trugreen could/would do better if I extended into '11 (and he offered a discount). I relented and let them proceed with the services in '11. '11 didn't go so well. The fertilizing was overkill (wet spring) as I had to mow every other day to keep up. OK, I guess, but not ideal. By summer, the weeds reappeared stronger than ever and several weed killer applications didn't have the desired effect. I had declined the perimeter insect barrier this year but responded to a sales call and agreed to lime application. Lime application was to be scheduled for September but was applied in July a few days after the sales call. More brown spots this September that might be from grubbs. Lawn is better this year than last but, although the weather was wetter than last, I used $75 in water on the lawn. I have cancelled, again, before the scheduled aeration and overseeding. With a reasonable amount of effort, I believe I can achieve similar results in '12 for a lower cost. Note that the cost figure noted above is my estimate for the entire three-year period.

I paid monthly and quit using them because I was not real happy with their service. They did get rid of my clovers but I was getting some strange grass and such, like crabgrass, which I was not happy with. They were a little pricey but I possibly may use them again in the future.
