They told us what they were going to do. They come out twice a year and do an inspection on our system. They have replaced one of our old furnaces, the upstairs furnace and air conditioning. They replaced both of those. We've been extremely satisfied with their heating and cooling. They also do the duct cleaning. We got them from Angie's List and their ratings were average or bellow.

I would like to relocate my existing water heater and buy a new furnace and air conditioning unit, and that should be relocated to the roof. I was quoted an extensive price for new exhaust pvc pipes and to run them through the garage and not use the current location which is just on the other side of a wall. Instead of suggesting I hire a contractor or provide access to this space, which i could easily tear out and repair drywall. That new labor and pvc price was more than the new water heater quote, because I was told my existing water heater could not be moved it was out of code. It's only 2 years old! And I was pushed with a endless water heater and heat pump. Crazy price, and no thank you! Still looking for someone to give me an accurate friendly quote!

My heater warm up air slow, I called the Fayette Heating & Air company because the company original installed the system. the technician came on 12/08/2014 morning. I think he did nice job to check inside and outside unit. after he finish, he told me inside unit is OK, but outside unit is broken, it need to replace or fix. he gave me different way and price to evaluate how to solve it. I think the service is very good, but price is high and I cannot afford.

this install was done by the prior owner of the home in 2009. While it was still under warranty the exhaust pipe fell apart because they had never glued the PVC. Damaged the ceiling below the attic where it is installed. They fixed under warranty. Six months ago the drain pan overflowed, again damaged the ceiling. Called my "dependable" HVAC guy, he discovered that Fayette H & A had never connected the float switch that is supposed to shut down the unit if the drip pan gets too full. Pump had failed (another of their installs) and float switch of course did not work, so this overflow cost me several hundred dollars in ceiling repairs, plus a new pump. a month ago the roof above the exhaust pipe started leaking. Roofers come, turns out Fayette H & A had never re-glued the shingles where they cut through the roof when installing the exhaust pipe. one strip of shingles had totally blown away, this was the cause of the leak. Again, several hundred dollars. I would never use this company. Discussed with the former owner, she told me she had a lot of trouble with them when they installed the furnace.

They even have an inclusive club. This is very convenient and easy to use. When joining this club they are always able to provide same service. I am very happy with them. They also give discounts on any work done.

The communication between employees at this company gets a fat goose egg. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I called to get help on my failing furnance and I couldn't even get a estimate of how much it would cost to replace it a week after contacting this company. I had been a customer for years and its sad how the service has went down the tubes. Don't get me wrong, everyone was very nice that I spoke with both over the phone and in person. However, that is not going to get a furnace installed. It just makes you feel like your getting ripped off or that your being pushed to the side because your just another number. Thankfully, I contacted another company who had me taken care of within 48 hours of my intial contact. Fayette Heating and Air gets 2 fat thumbs down and has permanently lost my business. Do your research before contacting them to complete important HVAC repairs.

TIMELY and PUNCTUAL! Great service. Fixed immediately...work completed within 3 days of initial call. Their prices are not particularly competitive, but not highest either. What you get is quality.

Met with Comfort Advisor to evaluate our HVAC system for replacement. We received a fair quote for 2 gas furnaces, 2 condenser units, 2 evaporator coils, 2 thermostats plus installation. There were no high pressure tactics, the advisor was friendly, professional and well informed. The crew arrived within 2 days at the appointed time and were friendly, neat and professional. They finished the install by mid afternoon, explained the new system and how to operate as well as answered any questions we had. They cleaned up after the work and took all the debris with them. We were very happy with the whole process.

Wonderful service! Promptly returned call. Quick diagnosis. Excellent repair. Went above and beyond. Very careful to not track dirt through my home.

The technician was courteous and prompt. Evaluated our system, leveled the unit on the outside the house, and replaced the filter. He told me that other than the age of our AC/heat system, all was working fine. He didn't try to sell me anything

Work was done well and quickly. The guys were extremely polite and even wore covers on their shoes when they came in the house. The guys showed up around 8am, and we're finished around 3pm. The guy who originally came out was good as well. We were aware that our systems were old and outdated. He was informative, as well as, we feel honest about expectations for what we should do. We had to wait 3 days between the initial visit, and install but it was the hottest part of the summer as well.

I had been a loyal customer of the company for five years or so. The last time that they came out to my home, they told me that I had cracks in my heat exchanger and encouraged me to replace my entire furnace system for $3000 They showed me pictures of the cracks so I didn’t really question what they told me and prepared to replace my furnace. I got estimates from five companies, including Fayette, for the replacement, but before I made a decision I found a review online that said Fayette told another person that they had cracks in their heat exchanger as well. That person paid another service provider for an inspection and discovered that there in fact were no cracks. After reading that review, I also hired another service provider to inspect my heat exchanger. The technician that came out told me that my heat exchanger looks good and based off of his information, I discovered that the pictures the Fayette showed me were not of my heat exchanger. After that, I called Fayette to inform them of the issue and told them I could not continue to be a customer of their company because I no longer trusted them. Their response was very nonchalant and they simply said they would remove me from the Comfy Club. At that time I also asked to speak to a manger, no one ever got in touch with me. I've spoken to several other people and it seems to be common knowledge around town that Fayette conducts this fraudulent behavior with their members. Beware of this company!

Electronic air cleaner has never worked. Service calls from the provider failed to recognize that the system did not work. They said it was functioning. Vibration/sound absorption solution was on a par with a do-it-yourselfer. No appreciable improvement to the nose from the unit. Original service was in 2004. Follow up by service call was in 2005. I have offered them the opportunity to come look at their work and they basically refused. I am on their customer list and receive various promotional information I have requested that they take me off of their 'list' over a year ago. They have not gotten that, yet. I continue to receive promotional email notices.

A young guy showed up and I guess he thought I knew nothing about anything. He stated he did not have my blower motor on truck and would order one. I asked how much it would be. He stated it was an odd model and quoted me 850$. I asked him to get his tools and leave. I removed the motor went to grainier and they gave me exact replacement for 180.00$. I installed it myself including all wiring in 30 minutes. I will NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING again.

They told me that we had two cracks underneath the house. The cost to repair would be over $400.00, so we might as well replace the unit. I thanked them and then called an independent repair person. He replaced the part with the crack for $150.00 total (labor and parts).

We were looking to install a Rinnai direct vent wall furnace in our basement for supplemental heat. I went on the Rinnai website and requested that an authorized dealer contact me for an estimate. I had no idea who it would be that I would be dealing with. I received 2 calls, 1 from Fayette Heating and Air and 1 from Southern States. When I told them what I needed, we made an appt to have a "comfort advisor" come and give us an estimate. It was made for a few days later and when my husband came home for the appt, it was cancelled at the last minute and had to be rescheduled for the next day (Saturday). Dennis Judy came the next day and took a look at the area and said he would get back to us with an estimate the following Tues. When we didn't get it by Tues, I called and I was told they were waiting for a price. On Friday, I received the quote and it was more than we wanted to spend. ($3600). I inquired about pricing an alternate, lesser price unit that can be purchased from Lowes. I waited 10 days and again requested an update on a new estimate. I was told they were still waiting on a price from the materiels manager. 8 days later, I sent an email stating that I was working pretty hard for an estimate and to please give me one by the end of the day. Dennis responded with an email stating the estimate would be the same, even using a different unit. Now, it doesn't a rocket scientist to realize they were just trying to get rid of us since I had already stated $3600 was more than we wanted to spend. I would have been fine if they told me that they couldn't or didn't want to do the job. However, rather than be honest about it they strung me along for 3 weeks rather than just saying so. I don't appreciate my time being wasted and I don't appreciate a business that can't just tell it like it is.

So far, our experience with them has been really good. We've been really happy with our new furnace and the air conditioner. They've been really thorough when they come out to check and they have brought filters. They've done a good job with that.

The work is under warranty. They have seen all equipment that was installed before we purchased this home by owner of the home so it’s transferrable. They were very professional and very courteous.

Terrible. An ac and heat pump should last longer than 9 years.

We have used them for several years. He was really good. He knew what he was doing. This house is five years old and he insisted that the system was installed incorrectly and that there were several thing that had to be done. They just did an awesome job. They were very honest, efficient and prompt. They did a good job.

wonderful could not ask for better service for a small disaster at the worst time.
