Excellent, showed up within 15mins of calling for service, immediately fixed my issue, polite, courteous, and sociable, Ray Wallace was my technician and he did a fantastic job

The office staff called to set up an appointment and easily found a day and time to accommodate my schedule. Mark and Zack showed up right on time and provided excellent service in a timely manner. After making a major investment last year in a new system, it was great to know that they are equally commited to maintaining it and making sure all is in order. I recommend Comfort Heating and Air without reservation. Also, Sergy and Leo, your installation remains top notch! Best to all that work for this company.

One person came out to do the routine maintenance checkup. It took an hour or less. They left the area clean. Here’s one of the thing about Angie’s List. I get these things from you all time time, saying “Can you grade them?” And I don’t mind going through 2 or 3, or grade them A or B or whatever. And sometimes you want to make comments and some times you don’t. You just want to rate them, you know? And when I go through and rate them and I get to the part, you know, where you want me to make comments, there’s not really a lot for me to say. And when I go ahead and click “Submit,” it takes me back. It won’t let me submit. I don’t like that. I don’t mind rating somebody, but to force me into filling out a comment, it’s just too much. You know what I’m saying? If you don’t put a comment in there or you don’t click enough letters or something, then it kicks it back and won’t let you submit. And I think to myself, “Well, to heck with it then!” I’m not going to sit there and make something up and I’m not going to write a book. It’s nice of me as a customer to say, on a scale of 1 to 10, what would you grade them. Or maybe 3 questions or 4 questions. But then you go into 14 questions and you have to do an epistle about all this stuff, that’s too much, you know? As far as I’m concerned, when I look on Angie’s List and I look to see the ratings, if they have a 5-star or 4-1/2 or 4-star and that’s what everybody else is giving, I go with them. I don’t look at a whole lot of the rest unless there’s some bad things that are said about them, but you know what? For something really good, I’ll comment. For something really bad, I’ll comment. But other than that, just go by stars. So, I think Angie’s List is getting too deep into wanting information. And quite frankly, nowadays, you stay at a hotel or you rent a car or you stay at a place, everything you do, you’ve got a survey. After a while, I get tired of all the surveys. I know I’ve vented, but that’s my main peeve. The comments to me should be optional and you shouldn’t ask too many questions. People have a busy schedule and they don’t have time to fill out a 5 or 10 minute survey.

From the start with Ryan coming out to give me an estimate through the installation by Sergey and Serhiy I could not have been more pleased. The knowledge and professionalism of everyone was outstanding. From three quotes I chose Comfort and the installation experience convinced me I had made the right choice.

Excellent and very FAST service. JR Disponette went above and beyond what was expected. He looked at a plumbing issue I am having (I thought they also did plumbing work but they don't however he was helpful anyway guiding me) and helped me fix a door!

Wonderful service was provided by all involved. Ray, the technician who completed the service was punctual and friendly and worked quickly to perform the service and offered further assistance in the future if needed. You could tell he had a genuine compassion for serving customers and completing his work to the best of his ability. Would recommend Comfort's services in a heartbeat.

Quang and Leo put in a full day of work replacing our air and heat systems. They were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, hard working. Cleaned everything up beautifully. Displayed excellent work ethic. Heat system is up and running as it should. Looking forward to the new air conditioning system in a few months. I appreciate the owner of the company coming personally to work up a quote and presenting to me with no pressure tactics. Very professional. I also appreciate being able to have these systems installed very quickly as the previous furnace had "bit the dust" and cold weather is returning to KY.

I pay monthly. So it's 14.19 a month and they come out twice and do service and maintenance and change the filters and they give me priority if anything ever went wrong. I've been using them for about 6 years now. It takes about 45 minutes for them to complete the work. The workers were very professional and they left the area clean.

This company and it's employees were fantastic. From my initial phone call, to the installation quote meeting, to the finished installation, they did everything that was promised and more. Even when things had to be done a little different than was originally planned they kept their word and came up with a solution, keeping me informed at all times and at no extra cost to me. They did a great job cleaning up after everything was done - my garage was cleaner than when they started. I'm so glad that I was referred to this company and their wonderful employees. I use this company for yearly maintenance. Ray Wallace was the technician that came to my house. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained things to me. Employees like Ray are the reason I keep coming back to this company.

Don't waste your time looking for anyone else. These guys made sure everything was working perfect before they left. They'll be getting my business for anything else I'll ever need.

Comfort was back the following Tuesday morning with a complete heating and cooling system. Nick, Leo, Adam, Quang were all there and completely removed our old system, loaded it into their truck, then unloaded the new heating and air system and installed it that day. These four men were very professional, explained everything to me as to what they were doing, and why. They always asked me if I had any questions, and were very personable. They did a great job of installing the new system. They were meticulous in their work which really pleased me, as I am very fussy and want everything done properly. I can't thank Nick, Leo, Adam, and Quang enough for a job very well done! Ron came and spoke to me about the system, reassured me that this group would do a great job with installation. Ron, also explained different things to me about the new system, and asked if I had any questions. This is the first time Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning has done any work for me. I am very pleased with their work and how the employees present themselves! I will definitely recommend Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone. Thank you for a great job!!

Priced the thermostat with them, $300. Asked him how hard it would be to buy one and put it in. He not only told me, he took the cover off and showed me, and recommended a brand (Honeywell). It turns out, some service people are paid by the hour, and others by commission on how much they sell you. Including selling you a new furnace when a less expensive repair might do. Guess how Comfort pays their guys? Just a heck of a nice guy, very professional and answered all my questions about my furnace clearly and with patience.

Very Pleased. My technician was Jonathan. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, courteous and clean. He knew the equipment he was working on and took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. So many service people today are in a hurry and won't listen to you. Jonathan went above and beyond to take the time to meet my needs and have me feel comfortable with the service being provided. I will be using Jonathan from now on to service our heating and cooling needs.

From the initial visit by Mike through the installation process by Sergy and Leo, I couldn't be more pleased. These folks were first class all the way. All questions and concerns were addressed completely and professionally and there were no surprises. This company puts your satisfaction first. They helped with applying for the rebates and followed up to make sure that all bases were covered. The total price was inline with other estimates and their attention to detail exceeded my expectations and I assure you they were high. After using another company previously, the level of customer service provided by Comfort Heating and Air is above all of the rest. They are always courteous and go out of their way to explain the work they are doing. I wouldn't choose another Heating/AC company here in Lexington! My service person this time was Stephen Herdison and he did excellent work. Much appreciated!

I called to get an estimate to have my ductwork replaced. Mark came out a few days later and was very nice. I asked for an additional estimate to have everything replaced. He said I would get the estimates that afternoon. Three days later I called back asking for the estimates. I was assured I would get it that day. The next day I called back. Someone returned my call and told me that they wouldn't do ductwork repair. Why did it take over a week to tell me that? All that wasted time and no service at all. Kim and Mark were very nice. Barbara (I think that was her name) was rude. A total waste of time.

Excellent. Jonathan arrived when promised, was professional, through, and courtrous. He was patient and answered all my question and explained what he was doing. I hope to see Jonathan again when my winter maintenance is due.

Mike Buckley, owner, came and made recommendations with an estimate. He is a wonderful, honest man. He was very thorough. The price was reasonable. I asked about the trustworthiness of his employees. He told me that he has never had a complaint on any of them. They know his standards and they honor those standards. Kevin and Zach were the installers. These two young men were all that Mr. Buckley said that they would be. They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up every thing when they were finished. I totally and confidently recommend Comfort Heating & Air. They are the best!!!!

Project went amazingly well. Our property posed some added difficulty with placement of the water lines but the Comfort crew worked out the details with expert efficiency. Every member of the crew was highly knowledgeable and extremely professional and friendly. Chris Jackson and Leman Grubb were our installers. They were very good about keeping us informed throughout the process and were also very respectful of our home as well. Now we are cooler than ever - our windows were fogged up yesterday! - and gladly looking forward to all the benefits oft he geothermal system. This is an excellent company to trust your home to!
